Hi!
I was just wondering where I may find Dwyn and therefore Sten's sword after Redcliffe got overrun (the next thing I could do is go to the castle and start moving to Denerim). If he has disappeared, the only thing I would like to know is if he will be back after I have went to Denerim. Please keep it as spoiler-free as possible.

It sounds like you might be close to the end of the game (I can't tell, exactly, based on your post, sorry). If so, it may be too late to obtain Sten's sword. When I did it, I was closer to the middle of the game and found it after I went to Lake Calenhad, went to Redcliffe, etc., but this was looooong before I went back to Redcliffe in preparation for the march on Denerim.

I just did Sten's sword quest after I started the wheels in motion for Landsmeet. Yes, you can get the sword, it does entail a bit of travel, and without spoiling it TOO much...be sure to speak to the scavenger as soon as you enter Lake Calenhad...

Any side quests that involve Redcliffe cannot be completed after the actual Landsmeet scene. They must be done before you head to the palace.
If you are past that point you can no longer get Sten's sword.
If you are past that point you can no longer get Sten's sword.
