I may be asking a very stupid question, but I completed the heartbreaker challenge, and yet I don't have the banner. My "Challenge Awards" section on the Bioware N7 HQ says I have it... so why don't I have it in game? I can't even click the "set title" button because its greyed out. I have completed multiple weekend challenges, not to mention this holiday challenge. Am I glitching out, or just missing something obvious???

Set Active Challenge Award and click on the banner. If that doesn't work it might be glitched.

hmm well if you mean go to challenge awards, click on banner, and make sure its highlighted yellow I did that sadly. Could be my game is glitched

What is your Origin name, so I can check it out on the N7HQ that you have set it right?
edit: because the "cfs3corsair" Origin name gets me to a blank profile

Make sure you're logged out of MP?

You should be able to go, in-game to access your challenges, highlight the weekend challenge and push the correct key to "set as title"

Those are the only two things I know of/can think of.

I tried that I believe. Funny thing is, in game I supposedly have NO titles whatsoever, when under my N7 HQ profile it says I should...

You have to log out of the game and log back in for it to show in-game

quit ME3 entirely. You have to understand, there is no reason for me to think I have a banner in-game. But my profile clearly says I have on on the N7 HQ

Yup; checked it; it's set up properly. You just have to restart the multiplayer module of Mass Effect and it will show up.
edit: just read your post above this; then i'm afraid i can't help you either. :-S
edit2: it doesn't show up even if you open a private lobby for yourself?

yeah. You gotta understand I actually dont really like this banner; but I was wondering if other banners were glitching out as well.
