What weapons and mods are you using? Some people report that the new mods with weight increase do not increase the rate of most of the weapons and others report that the bug is not reliable, sometime correcting itself in game unexpectedly.

there is a noticable difference in those videos with the Time it takes to actually charge. It's small, like 0.5 of second but I can see it. It's not much but I guess Since I haven't played much lately I noticed it straight away though.

Remember the vanguard glitch being fixed means playing off host is a bit less responsive for charge. That's possibly the difference between those videos. (I'm not sure if that non-solo one is hosting.)

But OP, it sounds like you've played the Kroguard since Retaliation was released and were happy with it then, but you think it's different now. Like people have said, there have been no changes in that time, so what else could it be but lag? I can't remember when it's rage was fixed but I don't see how that would affect the charge lag anyway.

think it must be the lag, it can be a nightmare kroguard + lag + collectors + gold/plat. But when i am the host/no lag he simply refuses to die.

Could be that people are more spread out though. You're less likely to get someone in your area maybe?

There's nothing wrong with him. I've run solo golds like others here and on host / off host (excluding lag issues) he's the beast. With a juggernaut 5 and cyclonic 4, he is almost unkillable.

On host, you get the true feel for his speed and command processing, off host can be misleading but either way, he is ridiculously powerful.

Weapons have a "statistic" that is called "weapon weight".

The"weight" of the weapon will adversely affect cooldown of most powers (exceptions to this are the grenade-type powers, they are not on cooldown per se".

So the heavier weapons you equip your character with, the longer the time before Biotic Charge is ready for use again.

Remember: The shorter cooldown on the kroguard, the more you can charge.
More charging = survivability.

I noticed the thing with the charge too ( and I`m always host) but I wouldnt say he is squishy, he is still the best vanguard, i think its just because I`m used to playing other vanguards that are much faster.
