Also, nice on the 10 waves survived in a point farming game. I'm assuming you guys go for as many waves as possible and if you get at least 5 you revive farm?

10 waves survived (15k points) > 5 waves survived (5k points) + 3x15 revives (3x2k points) so no, going for 10 waves survived is better, score-wise.

I know this. It was a question of backup strategies. Obviously 10 waves is better, but having 5 waves plus 3-15s is better than trying for 40+ games for a 10 (when you aren't amazing, that is).

Thanks for the update ! However, it seems to me we are not waiting for the results for team ABD in the Silver bracket anymore ; by being unable to provide them by Thursday evening, they defaulted (i.e. score = 0). And since they haven't officially forfeited, it's still the same bracket for round 3 (i.e. Team ABD vs Team JaGro).

You are correct. Your bracket will be corrected as soon as possible.

A small rant against Condor : even without the ammo boxes and joining issues (which aren't actual problems in the competition's format), it's bugged as hell : stuck enemy units, stuck players (which can be painful when out of cover), pathing issues (guaranteed "oh sh..." moments when charging with Kroguard), kill/assist scores not appearing in the center of the screen... we had lots of these in 5 games.

To those who have played Condor so far : have you noticed the same ? Or were we simply unlucky ?

I get terrible frames when i play and record on Condor, and I usually get 60FPS recording on Giant. Also 60 second + loading screens.

it's not just yall, we've had the same issues, including the 'sniping spawn in the sky atlas'....the latest issue we've had is we cant get a score from our games...we played some games last night (about 5), and everytime the game was over, we all got stuck 'waiting for other players'...at this point, i'm willing to see if yall just wanna switch to hydra and call it a day

I have been following. And getting another damn headache all over again like the 6/6/6/6/6 fiasco.

Anyone have any idea if it's possible to cheat on PC if you are NOT hosting, though? Because in Rounds 1 and 2, cowwy was hosting for Team Last Minute, not Link. If needed, I have the photos proving this archived in the Gauntlet email. I can post them when I go home for my lunch break (can't access third-party email systems here at work).

My only question still remains that if Link is cheating in this tournament, wouldn't he be at the top of the leaderboard for Team Last Minute in both rounds? But both screenshots (plus the video) show him finishing second.

So, if he was cheating, but was sandbagging so as not to be top scorer on his team and look like he wasn't cheating... wouldn't that kinda defeat the purpose of cheating?

I can be wrong but if the host cheats, then every player benefits from the cheats. For example, if you raise your Tempest's damage and host the game, then everyone wielding a Tempest will benefit from this.
So not topping the scoreboard is probably not proof (but I might have gotten the whole thing wrong).

It doesn't matter that he didn't top the scoreboard or that it defeated the purpose of cheating.
This tournament is based on an honor system.
If you're cheating - you're out.

If the Host edits his coalsced.bin in a way, that a weapon is changed or xp gain is increased the whole team benefits from it yes. I'm not 100% positive what can be changed besides weapon stats though, but I think XP/Money gain, wave budget/enemys, enemy health/shield/damage multipliers, gamespeed, player health/shields and to some extend power stats can also be changed).
I actually don't buy PC-cheaters off-host though, besides maybe aimbots and stuff like that. As far as I know it's just not possible. I could be wrong though.

Looks like I have some hard decisions to make in a very quick manner, considering Round 3 only has 2.5 days left, roughly.

I'd say he should be suspended but not his team. I don't know the guys in there, be it Link or his teammates, but given it's like the 2nd time there are issues with Link, he shouldn't be allowed to compete because it's so fishy.

Sounds fair to the Tourney, but what about Link's teammates, I don't think they have a replacement and I am not sure if everyone will agree for the rules to be bent so a third can be found.  Also, 2.5 days isn't really a lot of time for them with a new member(not including the time to find a replacement if they are allowed to find one).  Don't get me wrong, I agree with the suspension of one player.
