Isn't this the Earth Round?
This would probably be the most intersting, versatile and fun round
Paladin + Shadow/Demolisher/Slayer set ups
Four Furys
Destroyers with Demolishers
combos are endless!!
Would love to do a slayer with a paladin, both with pirahnazzzz
All the combos sound really awesome but there isn't much to work with on London Geth considering you have to choose between an ultra close range shotgun, a one second charge-up or one of the heaviest guns in the game.
I really tried to make the Slayer work but it just wasn't happening. There's also survival medals to consider.
IMO the next round should be much more interesting. Back to the original, less ****ty maps (Hazard versions though), and a good versatile weapon for casters (CSMG) and weapon platforms (CSR). Hard to choose between Shaman, Slasher, Trooper, Volus Eng, TGI or Valkyrie.

Good morning, one and all.
Before I post the Round 5 results, I'd like to make a quick announcement that concerns the Silver class. It was discussed amongst Team CanardPC Force Rose, The Elite Cowards, and myself following Team Canard's unfortunate error in completing the incorrect map for Round 4. As you all know, that invalidated their Round 4 score and basically would have eliminated them entirely, as well as leaving The Elite Cowards with no opponent for two rounds (in a similar vein as Defenders of Omega's forfeit did to them in the previous rounds.
In the spirit of fun competition that this tournament was meant to encompass, The Elite Cowards have magnanimously decided to drop their lowest Round 4-5-6 score. This means that this final stretch of rounds for their Silver bracket will be: Team Canard's Round 5+6 score versus The Elite Cowards' two highest scores (chosen from Rounds 4, 5, or 6).
Also, one final announcement concerning teams from both divisions - Round 6 match-ups and enemy/map combinations will be posted at the normal time of 12:00pm noon EST today.

Yeah, tbh we didn't pull out all the stops like we did for the OP Rebellion round.
I found out a new extraction strategy, recommended it, but then we were all so tired of London Geth and just said "**** it".
It's also funny that the highest score for the whole tournament was in the Common round. Definitely won't be beaten this round because Collectors give less overall score by about 25% or so.

Well, shame on me for forgetting to bump this thread with the 48-hour reminder, although all teams still got their PMs on time.
However, just as a heads up, due to a shift in my work schedule for tomorrow because of some special training we're doing, I won't be able to send the usual 12-hour reminders at noon. Instead, you will get a reminder tomorrow morning when there are 17 hours left to complete Round 6.
This should not affect anything with Friday's usual announcement times.

Less than 24 hours remain...
Warning comes a little early today as my work schedule today won’t let me send the usual 12-hour reminder.
You have roughly 17 hours left to complete Round 6 of the Ultimate N7 Gauntlet and submit your scorecard and list of characters/weapons used by all team members. Round 6 ends 11:59pm EST TONIGHT.
Submissions should be sent to: theultimaten7gauntlet@gmail.com
