I've been practising my solo speedruns but I haven't really put on the srs business setups.

If I wanted to boil it down to pure strategy i could probably just use the kroguard, but that's not very interesting imo.

All right, N7 operatives. It has been a long and grueling two-month campaign for you, and it has all come down to this one, final test of strength and fortitude.

Without further ado, I proudly announce our Ultimate N7s!


Silver Championship: Reapers/Goddess/Gold



Team CanardPC Force Rose
483,478 + 76,500 = 559,978

Characters used were one Geth Trooper, one Geth Juggernaut, and one Turian Ghost. Weapons used were one Valiant, two Cerberus Harriers, and one Arc Pistol.




Team JaGro
373,895 + 76,500 = 450,395

Characters used were two Alliance Infiltration Units. Weapons used were two Reegar Carbines.

Team CanardPC Force Rose are the Ultimate Silver N7s!





Gold Championship: Geth/Ghost/Platinum



The Sub 8 Club #Swag
735,437 + 140,250 = 875,687

Characters used were one Geth Infiltrator, one Turian Ghost, and one Krogan Vanguard. Weapons used were Prothean Particle Rifle, Cerberus Harrier, and Reegar Carbine.




PUG Life

Characters used were one Salarian Infiltrator, one Drell Infiltrator, and one Batarian Soldier. Weapons used were one Javelin, one Claymore, and one Cerberus Harrier.

Yeah so many lagouts and disconnects this round was not for us, only extracted like 6 or 7 times.

It was definitely really draining towards the end. Still I'm up for the bonus round. Not sure if chan can be bothered doing it, but I think cricketer might.

Anyway, I have a few videos but i'm not really sure if I want to upload all of them.

Round 1: 3 Novaguards vs Cerberus on Glacier
This was probably my favourite result but unfortunately i deleted the video accidentally. Very high score and some guy came into our Teamspeak channel in the middle which was pretty funny. Strategy-wise it basically amounted to charge and nova a lot, try not to get executed and get lots of tech bursts.

Round 2: 3 Turian Sentinels vs Geth on Reactor
I actually consider it lucky that we drew Geth this round. No-warp Turian Sentinels with cyclonic IV are pretty hardy.

Round 3: Brosoldier, GI and Kroguard vs Rippers on Condor
Despite the rather underpowered weapon lineup of this round and maps that everyone hates, I actually found this round to be kinda interesting.

Round 4: 3 QMI vs Cerberus on Goddess
Lol speedrun setup. Although I actually found it fairly ho hum. Tried to Phoenix Vanguard + Reegar but eventually i just gave in and went for QMI Harrier.

Round 5: 3 N7 Destroyers vs Geth on London
Ugh. At first I went Slayer but I just wasn't in the mood for Slayer vs Geth on London. We actually found a good missiling strategy but couldn't be bothered trying it out because London Geth.

Round 6: 2 Troopers and a Valkyrie vs Collectors on Hazard Dagger
I hate this map. I hate it so much. It's the only map which drops my frames to mid-high 40s, and my aim goes all wonky and I can't see anything so I decided "screw aiming, Valkyrie pls". But at least we were motivated by PUG Life topscoring last round and we put in much more effort than London Geth.

Platinum Final: GI, TGI and Kroguard vs Geth on Ghost

Draggin out Geth Platinum for 10mins longer than it should actually go is a huge drain on resources, especially when you get into situations where if you get up you just go down again, i.e. downed next to a Pyro or Prime. I was switching between the Javelin, Typhoon and PPR, didn't really know what to do. Also tried using the N7 Paladin, Asari Valkyrie and considered using Drell Adept.

Good post, I was actually thinking about asking you guys how your games went.
The final round was really frustrating sometimes, you already mentioned why. We also tried Valkyrie, KroGuard, BroDept and all kinds of setups, but in the end we knew it had to be two Infiltrators - which is where we also knew that it would be near impossible to beat you guys. But hey, we tried and the whole thing was a really good challenge. At least we also topscored in three of the six rounds before the final:wizard:

Personally, I'd be interested in videos of your final round and the London thing 

Thanks to DragonRacer who did a great job and made sure the tournament ran smoothly!
And special thanks to our teammate Leland who somehow never made it on a scoreboard, mainly because his Batarians rarely left anything for us to kill

I dunno if we want to upload London. It was basically just us standing in the same spots the whole match. imo the most entertaining was Round 1, but yeah... I accidentally Round 1.

The 735K round is already uploading, should be done ~40min. I'm also going to put up one where we got 730K with an N7 Paladin, TGI and Kroguard. But I suppose if you really want to see London, I can do that.
