I think some people are not thinking of how boring certains weapons could get. Think if you had to use the acolyte FOREVER. Oh man I couldn't do it.

Was just giving my opinion. I could never just settle with a single weapon, even if it were overpowered or what not. I need some diversity. Same reason why I cycle through weapons in Bf3 after I mastered one, else it would get boring. Plus I enjoy the challenge of taming a new piece of hardware.

Being limited to just one signle weapon/power/whatever is the antithesis to my idea of fun.

I have to say Arc.

Light enough for casters -- Saber, alas, not so much.

Deals damage in large amounts -- Saber and Talon do that as well.

Both a close in and ranged weapon -- Talon, not so great at range and to scope it ... I have to give up too much for that mod.

So Arc+AP+HB+whatever gear bonus that best suits the character I'm equipping.

But, know what OP, I don't have to make that choice, so I'm keeping my Saber and Talon close, just in case you get any ideas.
