She does give Valid points. What makes you trust the Krogan so much?

. Wrex and Eve

Even that's not enough for me.

I'm going to give them 1 chance with Wrex and Eve alive, but I certainly don't trust them for a single second.

I want them on the council and to have a stronger presence, but I'm not going to tolerate any ****-ups at all if it interferes with galactic security.

And when they die? The logical and safe thing to do is to leave the Genophage uncured. You're taking a illogical approach by curing it.  Curing the Genophage is essentially a leap of faith riding on the hope that two individuals can fix an entire race for all enternity.

. I trust Wrex and Eve, it's the rest of the krogan I'm iffy on.  But I'm hoping they will evatually see the benefits of peaceful coexistence.  The EC slides seem to support this.  But if they start anything, I'll be calling a certain Salarian....

. Assuming Krogan can die of old age, we never hear of one, by then I'm hoping they will have successfully brought the krogan into galactic society..

Salarians haven't tried to wipe out the galaxy.

****, you don't even need the Salarians dude, I'm sending in the Turian Fleet to orbitally bombard Tuchanka. Then I'm going to drop an asteroid on it. Then I'm going to drop an even bigger asteroid on it. Then I'm going to shoot it some more. Then I'm going to blow up their damn relay.

There is no reason to either trust or distrust the Salarians, though by their very nature, they're going to be busy learning all your secrets and weaknesses if they can.

And they are conducting secret uplifts on primitive species. By the very nature of their secrecy, I'm not going to trust them.

If Wrex is alive then no. Curing the Genophage will be a validation of his beliefs so those that would oppose him wouldn't have any ground to stand on. It doesn't hurt that the games go out of their way to let you remove bad elements from the Krogan. Weyrloc decimated, Uvenk, Wreav both dead if you do the proper missions. Who left would realistically oppose Wrex at this point?

With Wreav... well, that never happens for me.

What reason have they given me no to?

Salarian explorers unleashing the Rachni, uplifting Krogan to fix their mistake(like giving nuclear weapons to cave men), genophage on the krogan to fix their mistake, and in ME3 they're experimenting on varren and trying to uplift the Yahg. Why trust the salarians or think that they're doing the right thing by sabotaging the cure?.

Yeah, the pro-krogan bias in the genophage plotline is really annoying. It's very clear who they want you to side with.

No It's not, Both sides have equal arguments. The main reason and strongest reason to help the krogan is that they help you as shock troops.  A person can totaly ignore empathy and fallow that reason allown.

It is impossible to live indefinitely. Krogan are organic, they do die eventually.

The rachni was a mistake any of theraces would make. The deal they made with the krogan wasa desperate act for servival. The genophage was alsoa desperate act. The varren experiment is nothing to look down at. And they are not trying to uplift the Yahg, they are made pre-empteded plans in case the yahg becaome troble some.

None of it is a reason not to trust them.
