Hello,

I'm playing as a Dwarven Warrior and I am in the Fade right now, but I can't get any further,
Its an area with a small lake with a ship in it and a trainingdummy which is marked with an X on the map and if I hold my mouse over the X it says Hidden Room, you can also click the dummy and get +1 permanent dexterity. 
But now is my question: How do I get further and out of the fade?

You need to return to Spirit form and use the spirit door.

The only exception would be if a fade portal glitched and didn't trigger itself or something. Otherwise just play the damn game and find out if you really are stuck before trying to find a walkthrough...

I'm pretty sure what Arax said is what you're looking for. Pro tip: Every entrance and exit is marked on your map with an X; mouse over it to figure out what you need to use it. Spirit Door, Massive Door, or Mouse Hole. Fire barriers aren't marked on your map. None of the stat powerups are marked on your map.

I got stuck behind a spirit door aswell, one with 2 essences of dex and 1 con. no spirt form yet so must be bugged. reload last save.

I hate the fade myself so many glitches in there like invisible walls blocking entry at start and dialog repeating.

You got an error. That area should only be accessible through a Spirit Door, so you can only get out using the Spirit Form. You'll have to reload to an earlier point.

You can get out of the Hidden room even without Spirit form just as you got into it without Spirit form. It can be a bit of a pain but it's possible. I've had the most luck standing several feet from the door facing it, then hovering the cursor around the bottom middle of the door (kinda in that swirling white light) and one clicking without doing anything else. If you start walking toward the door you'll get close to it and then exit the room even though you never get the cursor to change to a "portal" icon.
