I mean "have you ever faced an asari commando unit before? Few humans ever have..." and then u boom get into a 30 second fight with them on noveria(ME1) u win
Enyala in ME2? the fight was a joke
TBH the only Commandos in the series that seem worth anything are Aria Wasea and Shiala....
Just found that strange...

Basically, they're soft and overrated.

Asari Commandos are used to guerilla warfare IIRC. All of the instances we've faced them in, they were in open combat.
When u walk into a room to talk to a old lady and a squad of commandos ambushes u its not like you have the upper hand

I'll answer that by pointing to the above comments of "shepard beats all" and "indoctrination". I went in as an infiltrator and without Liara and found that part difficult, actually.Vubica wrote...

pah, i picked up Liara as late as possible and I died like, once, because the shooting mechanics in that game are positively broken, and enemies are seemingly non-plussed about being shot at and will happily charge you to kindgom come ala ME3 (basically its unfair).
For the record I was playing Infil and took Garrus and Wrex with me....and then took them with me for the rest of the game.

I went to noveria first (before Artemis Tau and Feros) and took Wrex and Ashley in with me. It was a new game starting on insanity, and I died maybe three times. My only gripe was the bad cover system, in this instance.EnvyTB075 wrote...

Im just wondering if anyone else noticed this, but it rlly seems to be the case. Asari Commando's are probably one of the galaxy's worst "elite" forces

Try fighting Benezia and her commandos when you're low level, and have Ashley and Wrex with you. I made that serious mistake the first time I played. Those commandos were pretty damn useful after all. <_<
Then in my second playthrough, I played with a same-game import, brought Liara and Ashley, and yeah, the fight ended before I had time to blink.

I disagree, their jawline looks quite human as well, hardly remarkable.

Ah yep, theres the problem xD. I can't bring myself to play ME1 on Insanity, just too much of a slog. ME2 however, gimme gimme.

The Mandibles are part of the jawline. Garrus is batman, your argument is invalid.

The only real issue were the biotic knockdowns but if u had another biotic or were out of lOS it was meh

It really was a slog. Insanity in ME3 and ME2 really feels to me like normal in ME.EnvyTB075 wrote...

Disagree with you on ME2 (especially if you've got access to the Mattock), but definately. Hell ME3 insanity was easier than ME normal.

Mandibles > Asari Buttocks. Its a fact.

the only asari ive ever been afraid of is the asari from LotSB. she was a pain to take down. bioware sying "ME3 will be more like LotSB." was all i needed to hear. unfortunately, blah blah blah.
but no asari commando can compare to any krogan battlemaster from ME1. the only thing scarier are protariuns showing up in a room with nothing to circle strafe around.
