On other forums i have gotten three points on the SWTOR forums, for going after a homophobic ahole. (at 15 they ban i think.) And a fair few warnings on the WoW forums when I used to play.

Once because Ninja Stan think's referring to my grandmother (aka Stinja's Nan) is bad.
Despite the fact i've had a nan since being born, and i've been known as Stinja for online videogames since Doom 2 days (approx 1994).

Second time was for some other frivolous comment, and dont even recall now...

Awww, I remember that one.... or at least one of them which got me a ban for Pug spam! Oh well, I think Stan just sighs and when he messages me, again, says guess what, you've been banned for 24 hours. And I reply, thanks have a nice day.

I haven't been banned from this forum, but I received a ban recently from the EA Answer HQ forums. There was a spambot, which I reported, but one of the moderators accidentally clicked the wrong button and banned me instead. It was sorted out the day after.

I know of one person who was permabanned from two accounts. First it was for going into a troll thread and pointing out the OP was a troll, which I guess one of the mods found offensive. The second time was for posting a negative review of an EA product in the off-topic forum.
