1. Is it possible and how to change the level size once you have created one?
2. What is the proper way to entirely delete a level form the toolset?
Thanks.

1. No
2. Delete the lvl and erf files from wherever you put them.

Too bad you can't change the size of a level. Are those the only files created, because I have seen a lot of other files with the same name as the level in different folders in the My Documents Bioware folder. As I created a new level with the same name and different size, I am concern that maybe some leftovers can create problems later on.

Potentially with lighting. The lightmapper scatters files all over the place. Seriously, tracking down all lighting files is annoying But this will only potentially cause glitches in the level editor, once published to an area file it should be ok.

Levels are just a regular file, and you can delete it if you don't want it, but once you 'Post To Local' from a Level file I believe it puts an entry in the database for the selected module's Area List, so unless you really know EXACTLY how the data is stored in the database and can safely remove it, I wouldn't recommend that route. So if you're selecting which level you want to display in your Area, the entries in that list are pretty much permanent. You can overwrite entries, though, by doing a Post To Local from a level with the same ID name.

Post to Local will create a directory for that level under packages/core/override/toolsetexport or addins/(modulename)/core/override/toolsetexport. So to really get rid of a level, you'll want to delete that directory too.
Deleting the lightmap files will differ between XP and Windows 7. Under XP, it is buried in your Documents And Settings directory. I forget where. If you search your hard drive for a directory called DALightmap you will find it.
