I noticed I can't post in "Mass Effect 3 News and Announcements" or "Mass Effect News and Announcements".

I have Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edtion, Dragon Age 2, and Mass Effect 3 registered to this account, so how come I can't post in some of them? 

Only the devs can create threads in those forums (since they're 'news and announcements' forums, the devs are the only ones that will actually have anything new to report as they're the ones that have inside information), but you can post replies in the threads there.

I notice that it's possible to respond to threads in those specific areas without registering the game.
As Bioware won't allow me to register my ME3 (for reasons they refuse to explain - they probably don't want any constructive criticism) The Mass effects 3 News and Announcements is the only Mass Effect 3 board I can post my replies

You should also be able to post in any General Discussion forum.
