It's not about your fav maps, it's about your probably most played maps during the lifecycle of me3.
Mine would probably be Glacier even though I hate this map nowadays.
second would be white because of that sweet FWG farming back in the day

Unquestionably Dagger. Factoring in all my Bronze solos and wipe-after-wave-3 testing runs, I've probably played more Dagger than every other map combined.

White. I would say 18 out of 20 matches I get dropped into are on white. Be it regular or hazard.

If i chose random map then is the Reactor for sure if i need to play gold then probably Dagger. But my favorite is still the Hazard Ghost.

It seems whenever a new lobby is started, set to U/U/whatever (G or P), it almost always starts out Glacier hazard lately, and the same lobby continuing to another match will often give regular Glacier. So my answer is... (drumroll) Glacier.

Since Retaliation release, would have to be Hazard Giant because night time is best time.
