I don`t like to kick somebody, everybody deserves a chance. I only kick people if they are rude.

I only kick on gold games up

-No gear on an obviously unexperienced player (Challange Points / N7 < about 200), if he takes at least lvl 1 gear/equipment, we are good.
-Low Char LvL (depends on your challenge points, but <10 ain't good)

One of those I might be able to carry, but two and more won't work...

Annoying on mic (in game) is pretty much the only reason I kick.
I do not want to hear your music, or worse, your hawk launcher going off every couple of seconds. If you don't turn your mic off / tone down the annoying after I ask, you get kicked as soon as the match is over. 
If they're low level and n7 and we're on gold, I tend to drop it down to silver instead of kicking. Otherwise, I assume they know what they're doing.

Generally, I do not, however, if a player has 2 "X"'s I will kick just to get the game going.

Leachers, folks who are AFK, and people who seem like dicks in general. On Platinum, I also kick noobs (sorry, I can't carry Platinum) and missile glitchers.

If they ready up with no equipment. If they can't even use level 1 stuff they're probably not going to use gel or missles either.

D-bags, griefers, and people who somehow found a way to upset me. (i.e. blasting rap music over their mic) Otherwise I let them stay, I love watching a noob wipe it on wave 1 of Gold with his avenger and then immediately rage quitting.

I try not to but when it's n7 1 or something like that then I tell them "sorry, but you're not ready for gold/plat yet insertnamehere". If they don't leave then I'll vote to kick

I don't kick unless they're a leecher/glitcher. Sometimes I'll kick noobs, but only if others decide to first. I'd rather keep the player with the Typhoon and Javelin X happy than the N7 1. Otherwise, I carry.

A friend and I had to kick a N7 1 with a Level 1 character out of his Gold lobby yesterday. I kinda felt bad, because I hated when I got kicked out of lobbies when I first started playing. But unless your N7 rating is higher than mine and you have most of your URs unlocked and leveled up, you shouldn't be bringing a super low level character into a Gold+ match. I rarely kick anyone out of a Silver match before I've had a chance to play with them.

Low-level weapons on gold or higher, combination of title (lone wolves are always kept), lack of willingness to throw consumables on, or to have idiotic ones equipped that you're not even benefiting from, etc.

I yell on the mic a lot, "Put some gear on..."  Usually works.

Never never kick. Just leave the game, and if necessary, start up a new lobby. Kicking is just rude.

I vote to kick:
Twits who are are rude and/or annoying on mic. (Had one of those this weekend. I voted to kick before the match started, but the others didn't. Halfway through the match I heard "yeah, you were right, we should have kicked him". We all voted to kick when we got back to the lobby.)
People who won't use any consumables when needed, when the rest of the team do.

I've switched characters before and forgot to change my gear (usually grenade upgrade).  Do you atleast say something 1st?

nah i dont use mic, but its not i boot for the wrong bonus gear as ive done that. only boot if no bonus gear and n7 rating high enough where he/she should have unlocked some. quick strict about my booting rules lol

the only time i will kick someone is after we play one match together so i can see how you play. i dont care if you have a low level character or no gear or whatever since i can go in with no gear and an avenger and still have the top score. if you tryed your best and revived everyone and have the lowest score ill keep you around just so that the enemy has someone else to shoot at.



plus everyone has been kicking me lately since i have bioware reset my manifest so with my n7 raking over 3000 it looks like i have nothing. i still dont have all of the gears or weapons unlocked yet........ yet if we play chances are im better than you =p

lol so you would take someone with a lv 20 character, no equipt or gear and n7 ranking of 20 into a gold/plat map but would still give him 1 map to prove himself? lol
