I kicked for the first time ever in a gold match....the guy just kept hiding in one of the corners of the match not fighting at all. at the start of each round, it's as if he'd just find a corner to hide and if he died, he'd just hang around until the wave was complete. He did this the entire match.

So after we finished the game, he actually readied up immediately afterwards....i don't usually kick anybody at all, even if they suck, but if i see they are trying i'll play with them, but this was different...this guy just wasn't doing squat and just literally taking up space.

People who don't use consumables, mainly medigel.
People who don't do the objectives.
People who don't use equipment and the previous match shows its not because they don't need it. Rather, they need level 10 ammo and cyclonics.
People who don't use equipment when the others are using it (mostly don't kick these but not reviving them)

if they dont ready up.

Otherwise i usually just leave the lobby if they look like theyve got weird builds. If its bronze, i dont care, if its silver, I can carry if Im playing a level 20 kit that I like, if its gold, i cannot carry unless i have an OP kit and a friend helping me. I've kicked for other reasons maybe 5 times ever?

If i have a match with PUGs where they dont do objectives, and dont medigel, then i give them a bad Xbox review so that it will prevent us going to same lobby again, and then leave lobby

Almost never actually, if someone is low on gold i wont care that much, ill try to help them and keep them alive, if they are interested ill offer tips, the only time i kick pre game is when i see someone is low and obv not even trying. IM talking 200-ish N7 w.o even using equipment or gear bonuses

People who have their mic on auto detect is almost 100% kick from me, its annoying and i dont want to hear u snort sneeze drool or chew with ur mouth open(not to mention most auto detect ppl(on the PC) just end up talking to someone whos i presume in the room with them, usually in a language nobody understands...

DARK CHANNEL users, I mean srsly that is SOOOOOO loud man!!!! Jk there tho bw srsly needs to fix the dark channel audio, i almost cried last night in a game with 2 fury's and a huntress.....

yes, on xbox Live you can review players and give them good or bad reviews. If bad, you have to choose between several options. I just looked it up, never realised there was an option for someone being too good  must be for playing with BSN celebs.

I think once done, it counts for ALL xbox games, not just ME3, so if you dont like them you shouldnt randomly meet them in any multiplayer game ever again.

Last time I checked, out of all the people who bothered to rate me, I had a 10% avoidance rate, all of which was due to Unsporting Behaviour.

Not my fault if I use a Drell adept with Adren mod to run to spawn points, use reave and Grenades Gear V to nuke spawn points so that no one else can kill anything

I'll kick (usually) on Plat for low-level characters, bad guns and lack of consumables. I don't kick on Gold.

Without playing with someone first:
- Annoying on mic, whether music feedback or squeaky voice
- Low level on a high level game
- No medigel or rockets on Gold/Platinum
- No equipment or only level 1 equipment (the price of admission for my crew to carry someone is decent equipment... otherwise they get booted.

After playing a game with someone
- Refused to do or help with any objectives
- Spent more time on the floor and spectating us
- Refused to use necessary consummables like a rocket or medi gel during an emergency

^Absolutely agree with this!
My friend and I (both well in the N73000s) had a gold lobby joined by two N68 and N120 - both no equipment and low level weapons. We tried. They died - a lot. The N120 at least tried his best, stayed with us and helped with the missions. He left the lobby after the game on his own decision, but he really tried hard and did the best he could. That's ok, and I would have played with him again.

The N68 never took a gel, was mostly absent during missions and died constantly. Then he sat in the landing zone at the beginning of wave 11 and only moved to join us three at the other side after a verbal request. After the game he immediately flagged "ready" again - without equipment of course. Sorry but I'm not the welfare army, dragging you through gold while you hoard equipment and credits. No way. Kick. :pinched:

Why do people kick for N7 below 200 at all? I didn't promote for the first year that I played, and can certainly say that promoting hasn't made me any better (currently have an N7 rating of 240 right now).

Any level 20 character, regardless of N7 rating, should be accepted. Promoting doesn't improve (or show) anybody's skill at the game; it simply shows they have played it for a long time.

Usually the low- N7-but-experienced players have high lvl weapons and loadout, then I won't kick, but the more comes together (Low N7, no equipment, no gear (!), Low Challenge points..) the more likely it is you won't help. Just proved by experience, sadly. So on gold or higher I would kick eventually.
