Golem form issues

Sorry if this is posted before or I am being blind about this part. I can't get the solid doors to open with the golem form on the xbox 360. I have tried to use the different attacks to no effect. When I click X, it would just say that the door is unpickable instead of opening it. Anyone know whats going on?
