This sounds wonderful. I haven't really played ME3 since the ending/EC because none of the DLCs could revive my interest, but I will be buying this for sure. A squad-focused DLC is exactly what I wanted. I hope that it will reignite the spark of Mass Effect for me.

They are actually giving us the chance to rejoice with the ol' crew... 

...it might not be like doing the entire game with Jack or Zaeed, but it's something incredible. I would never have thought that they could actually be willing to run that extra mile after what I've seen. 

All those crazy requests on these boards, like Romance DLCs, new hub, more time with the ME2 mates... they actually listened to all of it. It's incredible.

There will be Zaeed, Kasumi, Wrex, James and EDI romances.

Kasumi is still in love with her dead boyfriend, so she will just pretend she is interested. After a few months when she can't take it anymore, she will leave you and enter a period of her life where she will spend months and months in depression and guilt, occasionally sleeping with you for no apparent reason other than ovulation and feeling more guilt the next morning, then she will leave the city to get out of guilt&sleeping with you&more guilt loop. A few years later you will find out that she is over her past and happily married, from facebook.


If you romance EDI, you will find out that her new body has indeed every hardware possible for all kinds of infiltration, meaning she can have sex with you. After an awkward attempt of foreplay, she will outright tell you that she is very well aware of your intentions and she is ready for sexual interaction whenever you feel comfortable. Unexpectedly, you have a hard time getting ready, it's your first experience with an intelligent machine after all.
During the intercourse, she is completely emotionless. She notices your disappointment and asks if you want her to act like she is enjoying, you lose your magic at that point and never feel the same about her again. Plus, whenever you two are in the same room, she notices your evasion of her due to that night you spent together, and tries to comfort you, this messes with your ego and causes you to never want to see her again.


Wrex accidentally kills you during intercourse.

Yes this is exactly what I was hoping for...more fetch quests....run to this part of the Citadel to find a clue, then run to this part to find a clue. Oo oo do we get to hack terminals again like we did for Liara on Illium? Because that was so much fun. Hopefully we get more war assets, seeing as they are so valuable in the battle.

FFS Shepard takes a breath somewhere, either on Earth or on the Citadel, then his/her love interest does not place Shepard's name on the wall of the fallen, and that's it?

Now if this is post-ending DLC then I will eat these words and certainly buy this DLC but otherwise...

Sounds like an exciting DLC, will probably be a first day purchase (haven't done that since LotSB).

I wonder if we'll get to see lots of Zaeed here, was a great ME2 squaddie. (Still sucks that Robin Sachs passed away so soon.)

Yup Armax combat arena sounds a lot like Pinnacle Station, with simulated combat sequences.

That will be a nice mini-game to include, I remember having some fun with Pinnacle Station back in the day.

My first impressions as well.

Hopefully we don't need "win crazy challenges at the arena" in order to unlock our Citadel Apartment.

Modrin is unlikely since judgeing by Wrex in the image it would have to take place after Tuchanka.
