Well its good to see that the random and caustic remarks are still present on the BSN.  Also good to know that people's random hate for the game will out live the game itself, but  it is a little disturbing that people still have not gotten over it( the way the game ends that is). Oh well here is to the next act of douche baggedry by the people

This will be awesome,fun and spectacular especially because the Xbox 360 version is in two downloadable packs for the Citadel dlc and that hints at the sheer size of the Citadel dlc pack and i don't think Bioware has ever done a singleplayer dlc pack so big it needs to split into two packs on the xbox 360.
Keep up the good work Bioware!

Hmm.. There is a certain "Circle of Life" type of moment here.

Mass Effect was originally going to be called The Citadel.

And the final SP DLC for Mass Effect 3 .. is called the Citadel.

The circle is complete!

I'm excited. I hope they answer some final plotholes about the Citadel, while giving a fun reunion with everyone. Might be exactly what Omega should've been. A good, long DLC mission, that also expands the game after you beat it, with after mission content. Like LOTSB.

haven't played mass effect in a long long while. Had bought and downloaded the omega and leviathan DLCs but didn't even bother loading them up after seeing the reviews on YouTube.

Ill dust off the disks and buy the citadel dlc and give the game one last go since its the last.

I'll forever love the mass effect story but I'll forever hate the pick a color r/b/g speculation space magic ghost ending.

If the citadel dlc starts to suck during gameplay then I'll just pop in the new Lara Croft disks and play that instead since Lara's story is on the 5th as well.

I did however have professionally framed all 3 mass effect games in their original packaging including the first release with the do not open till 2007 seal. Framed the 3 games along with the Reaper attack on earth limited edition numbered print. Behind each game I have highlighted a single color outside border around each game. ME1 border I gave green because of saren. ME2 I gave the border blue because of illusive man Cerberus and last was ME3 with the border of red because well.... for me it was the choice I made for my Shepard. Destroy end the reaper threat red ending.

I hope the citadel dlc adds more story with both Miranda and Ashley they were the two who my Shepard romanced.

Oh and I hope my Shepard can toss Allers out of the Normandy airlock.

Miranda and Ash are confirmed for the DLC. You can already kick Allers off of the ship.

I see some people saying why are the whiners still here. Well, they care too, unsurprisingly.

But enough with the bad talk, I think this is the kind of content that would benefit all players.

Why don't YOU stop your bloody namecalling? Whining? I am commenting upon my feelings regarding the news of the DLC. If you disagree, fine. I don't go calling you fanboy or something similar.

To satisfy your curiousity, I am following development of Dragon Age 3, and therefore occasionally look in on what is going on here. When I saw the DLC announced, obviously I checked it out!

Now go and have fun with the game you like, and stop throwing abuse at people who disagree with you!

@TMZuk I usually am sick and tired of hearing "ending this, ending that" on every single thread (i respect that opinion, but It gets tiring reading it on every single thread imo), but this time, I have to side with you. I am so glad you didn't talk like most of those who hate the ending (by that, I mean you didn't insult those don't mind it). I disagree that it is so bad thanks to ec and leviathan, but I am fine with people thinking it is still very bad. It's good to see people like you who are willing to be respectful to those who want to get further dlc packs.

If you really don't get this dlc pack, I'll be sure to enjoy it enough for the both of us.

Yeah, I just wish (as someone else suggested) for a "Happy Ending" as a fan service (though the extended cut did ease the "pain").  But, say we get 5-7k readiness points and do the refuse with Star Child and actually WIN!...wouldn't that be nice...

I am so glad I've held off on completing Mass Effect 3 at all until all the single player DLC has been released. Did it for Mass Effect 2 and it paid off big: glad it's doing so again. I hope Zaeed gets more than the cameo he got for his brief appearance; it seemed like someone on the Mass Effect team really loves that character from the depth of his "god damn nostalgia" stories in Mass Effect 2. And seeing more of Vega now that we know more of his backstory from Mass Effect: Paragon and the comics would be great too.

Even if I didn't see the "tainted" original ending everyone ****ed about because I've delayed until now, I don't care. I'm just happy to be enjoying the experience and running around like a maniac on multiplayer in the meantime with everyone else.

I was somewhat excited when I started reading the description of this DLC, then I saw the price. Way to much for a DLC, I will watch it on youtube or buy it if the price falls.
