I'm regretting not getting this trilogy sooner. Bought the trilogy bozset about a month ago have been hooked ever since. Definately gonna grab all the DLC for the entire trilogy. Bioware, thank you for making one of the best game series. Sad it has too end tho

whats the point in investing in a dead franchise, shepard is dead, its all over. everyone here must be friends of the devs or a bus load of interrecruit skivvies paid to big it up.
i will be suprised to see Bioware's ME dev team make anymore games at all.
Mass Effect is dead...long live Dragon Age 3!!!

I guess you havent heard about that yes they are making another ME game. It is not a dead franchise. Shepard's story is done, thats all

Everyone seems to be focusing on the romance aspect, but for me the appeal is in being able to explore new areas of the Citadel. I love the architecture and art design, Bioware really knocked it out of the park with ME3 (except for the low-res skybox) and it's my favourite location of any video game. Continuing romance subplots is the absolute least appealing selling point to me, I couldn't care less really.

What sells to me is immersive and engaging action directing with cool setups; missions like Virmire in ME1 with the co-ordination of 2 squads; or rescuing Garrus on Omega in ME2 where the player got a behind-the-scenes look at how the mercs were organising themselves to take him down; or the assault on Sur'Kesh in ME3 are great examples of interactive sequences that give the player a feeling of grand and epic scale, that more events and interactions are occuring than just what is on the screen. Those are the best missions.
