EDIT- nvm, someone clarified on the MP pack topic.  
The way chris typed it out was confusing at a glance.  But someone said I can just download MP without the SP one. 

I got the "Pack 1-2" statement mixed up.  Got me worried!

You didn't understand correctly, the Singleplayer DLC is split into two downloads.

The Multiplayer DLC is completely separate.

Citadel is completely separate from Reckoning, so you don't have to download either part of that one to get the MP DLC, that is just explaining how to get both parts of the SP DLC (from what I understand from Chris's post).

I have no idea how you're confused. MP isn't even mentioned. He said the SP DLC is 2 parts and you have to dl them seperately but must pay for pt.1.
