Did the release get postponed or something? It's Feb 26 and almost 10 pm here (GMT+4) and DLC still doesn't show up. If it's supposed worldwide, why are only some people able get it?

Because EA's distribution methods for PC still use telegraphs and WW2 encryption.

The PS3 on the other hand requires three teams of scientists, 2 girl scouts and a handful of corgis to get DLC released on it. (See: Skyrim's DLC debacle)

TL;DR : Microsoft probably greased the wheels and EA loves grease.

That's actually the best explanation for EA's level of service I've heard so far. Most polite too

Using a respec card does not let you spec out of concussive arrows on the mercenary :[]
Correction, it just eats the original two points and you can't use them at all!
