I have two placeables in different areas that are now disappearing when I run my modules.
The first one is a signpost outside a church. It no longer shows up, even though in the Toolset I can clearly see it.
The second one just happened - I created a Blacksmith shop and added one new walkmesh cutter to prevent the PC from running around the counter to talk to the Shopkeeper. A workbench in that area then disappeared upon running the Module. I deleted the Walkmesh I had just added, but no dice. Still missing. I can see it in the Toolset, but it's not there when I run.
Any ideas? I have to believe this is a fairly common phenomenon.
What Would Cause A Placeable To Disappear Upon Running Module?

Sorry to ask the obvious, but... did you do a bake and save first? Do you have duplicate areas?

did you lock position - it may be 20 feet in the air or below the floor - even if it is correct in the TS - only certain plcs do it afaik but still...

No duplicate areas. It is baked (several times) and saved. And it's locked for position and height.

Did you add any new content recently that might override the appearance of the item?

Woohoo! Figured it out.
You were pretty close to the mark Hellfire_RWS.
I am using the RWS All-In-One Hak. I had installed it before ever creating any areas. A couple days ago I had to edit it to include the four lines for the Walkmesh Helpers.
I opened up the SoZ placeables.2da to see if there were any differences between it and the RWS placeables.2da. Sure enough, for the signposts and the workbench I was using, the RWS version has quotes around the name, while the SoZ version does not. I removed the quotes and bingo - the objects appeared.
So, I did a full replace and got rid of all the quotes.

Glad I could be part of the problem and fix all at the same time
. Wait, I'll just blame the 2DAs on Baron!

LOL...
Your work is awesome by the way. I love it. Plan on using a lot of it for my campaign. Just very nice work all around.

Some entries may have had quotes because they included spaces in the names. If any included spaces, then those entries will no longer work without quotes.
