My online profile is not updating my DA:O data.

I have everything checked in the game for it to update the profile and upload screenshots...but I get nothing here.

There is also this message in the Profile Diagnostics...

"Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your online storage. "


Is there something I need to do?

I found a post that gave me information on Error Code 1000...and it said to run DA:O from the Launcher and not an .exe file...so I did that.

Now my Profile Diagnostics shows that my character files are there...but I do not actually see the character stats, profile pic, screenshots, etc. in the online profile page.
