Shepard defeated a Reaper by running around on a small patch of dirt and aiming a laser, of course he'll kill Reapers whilst playing Blackjack. It's how he rolls.

i have to agree that it seems strange that shep would just forget about the war. Maybe someone convinces him/ her to have a night off? Still don't think it's post ending personally. Though I would be very happy to be wrong!

This DLC is exactly what I want, but not at the right time. It won't feel like a sendoff if it's before London. It certainly won't be a sendoff for the characters, who have no idea that when this is all over my Shep won't be there with them.

That character made basically to give them another male love interest but then in ME3 somehow the writers forgot all that and used Jack kiss animation and then killed him? Nah.. I don't know who he is. Only Kaidan and Garrus for us, it seems.

At first I didn't understand you but then I saw your signature... And yes, this is exactly what happened. By the time the writers remembered Thane was a LI option, it was too late. That's why they used Jack kiss animation, your meeting with him is that short or noone tells anything when he dies (Garrus and Shepard actually talk about Kaidan/Ashley whether they''ve been shot or not, not about Thane).

I think @Vlk meant that the "only playable after the coup" is the 'joke' part. Very, very disappointed.

Sorry, just to inquire, but doesn't Thane die after the coup as well? I mean, he gets stabbed during the Coup, but actually dies after right? So maybe there are more scenes with him, or his stab wound gets fixed up? Don't rule out Thane content just yet :happy:

Woo. I'm extremely optimistic about this! With such a massive cast of supporting characters available the story'd better be damn epic, though.

Really happy we finally no longer have to suffer for Microsoft's arbitrary 2 GB filesize limit, too.

Well, this will be the last post from me. Going to vent my frustration and say that's just f**king stupid. What kind of send off is a mid-game DLC that's meaningless? And I can't sit here and picture Shepard having drinks and gambling while the planets are being destroyed. Fighting a war against humans? Okay. Humans have down time. The reapers DO NOT. He even says he'll "sleep when I'm dead".

I won't be buying ME4 either. Bioware has lost it's way.
