This whole DLC looks like it's going to be pure fanservice. The game itself could be quite fun, but until the thing actually comes out and removes all doubt, the least people could do is show a bit of gratitude that they're being pandered to.

@Animositisomina I know I read the description there's a conspiracy against Shepard that's interesting. Still I think alot of this dlc is going to be about what I said in my last comment. It would make sense anyways people love these characters they would want alot of dialog with them as they are solving tnis conspiracy. Like I said before I love mass effect, IMO the LAST sp dlc out of all ME games should be WAY better like getting to control the normandy in a Big space battle. Or finding an unknown mass relay that takes you to another galaxy and meet a new cvilization and that could lead into ME4. Just something epic because the description of this dlc makes this sound ok and not Worth $15.
I definitely agree with you there, but we don't have much to go on right now. None of us have actually played it yet, so who knows what might be in it. It'd be great for the game to go out with a big bang, unfortunately it does seem like it's going to end with a fizzle.

Also I hope that literal "ash" Williams will reintegrate herself from Virmire to help Shepard, Mordin will survive explosion on Tuchanka, Wrex will come back from dead on Virmire, Legion will magically get his personality back and Thane will beat his syndrome with bare hands.

So let me get this straight...you pay $15 for this dlc so you could basically ”hang out” with your ME1 and ME2 squad mates one more time? I love mass effect but this dlc is not worth it. A dlc focusing on the stargazer cutscene would of been interesting seeing the galaxy after the war. Maybe I'm wrong and this dlc will be totally awesome but to make this as the last ME3 SP dlc seriously? ”what should this last dlc be about? oh just make Shepard go talk to wrex” lol
Read the description. This is NOT what the DLC will focus on. There is an actual mission: "When a sinister conspiracy targets Commander Shepard, you and your team must uncover the truth, through battles and intrigue that range from the glamour of the Citadel’s Wards to the top-secret Council Archives. Uncover the truth and fight alongside your squad as well as the cast from the original Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2."
Everything else is just a bonus, after the mission.
You are still just a corpse about to be, alone, bleeding out on a patch of rubble
Well, if you like headcanoning that, it's your right.
But I don't see how that's got anything to do with N7Gaming's post, which was nonsense, or Animositisomina's post, which was accurate.

Actually, I made that as a joke, but more I think of it, the more it sounds fitting for Bioware to do that, even if that is a cliche, especially because it is a cliche

They seem to genuinely believe that most people liked the endings:

Well, someone is in the Nile.
...That was an incredibly lame pun.
Even if every single person who bought the game and was dissatisfied with the ending and lack of actual resolution sent them a letter, with proof of purchase, voicing their views and it turned out to be a vast majority, they would still say that it doesn't prove that most fans hated the ending. If they admit that the ending is mostly seen as bad then they're basically admitting they made a bad ending. Hell, they still say the Extended Cut didn't change the ending because they can't admit that it was not good.

I wasn't hoping this DLC to be an ending DLC and still I'm disappointed. As I said before, a science fiction shooter trilogy cannot end with a DLC where you can basically roll dices and get laid in your brand new apartment while people is getting killed out there. That's the last DLC; is this kind of DLC even appropriate? Does Mass Effect trilogy deserve to finish with a "sex & drugs & rock&roll" DLC? I was absolutely sure Bioware was not going to release a DLC with a new ending or even remotely related to IT, but it never crossed my mind this DLC could be THAT BAD. I didn't see this coming.rymajn3 wrote...
Feed me your tears you delusional people who thought it was going to be ending DLC after BioWare time and time and time and time again said they are DONE with the ending.

If you're happy about the dlc dont read the rest of this thread. It is a huge depressing soul siphon.

Yep. For the first time in a year, I'm smiling at an announcement of an ME3 DLC instead of staring at the screen with trepidation.SilentK wrote...

....and if the Miranda content features those character traits whose absence I've always complained about, the trilogy will resume the place it had before ME3 came out in my personal hall of video game fame. EC fixed ending (well, for the most part), Leviathan fixed lack of foreshadowing of the Catalyst, Citadel hopefully mitigates flaws in character writing.

Then I'll keep my fingers crossed for some good Miranda content
I'm lucky since my fav characters and LI:s are Kaidan, Garrus, Liara and Sam and they are all on the ship. Hope we will get some good scenes with all of them.

No. After the Citadel coup, before Cerberus HQ. What I'm wondering is if character content will change depending on where you are in the main plot. For instance, I'd say that meeting Miranda after Sanctuary would need to be different from meeting her before.ZeCollectorDestroya wrote...
This sounds too good to be true. I'm sceptical. Does this happen after the ending?
LOL, this DLC isn't out yet and I'm already thinking of where to place it most appropriately in the mission sequence.
@SilentK:
Lucky you. Two of my favorites die (Mordin and Legion), the other lost defining character traits which were significant in making me a fan of her. Let's see what the Citadel DLC brings to the table...
