It's no different then using powers. Added, they have a limitedammount to use.

I'm glad that he was able to record all of his (Robin Sachs/Zaeed) lines for the Citadel DLC which is listed as his final work as an actor on his wiki page. Kinda creepy in a way to have content of his creative work released postmortem. Like Heath Ledger and The Dark Knight.

Yeah, I noticed the lack of timed too. With all the DLC stuff going on, someone probably just forgot to set it up. As long as it pops up in MP within the next two or three hours, I wouldn't worry about it.
