Citadel will take place anytime after the Citadel coup and before London on Earth.so Thanemancers get knifed in the back again. Way to go Bioware!
You could of least have let us have a last date opportunity.
Maybe Thanemancers will get a holo of him to interact with like Kasumi had with Keiji?

I played Assassin's Creed 1, 2, Bro & Rev this way, with all DLC installed. much better then it would've been playing 'vanilla' versions, especially considering som plotholes in Bro & Rev that DLC fixed... (or at least tried to address).GoldFlsh wrote...
Haha, I played the game originally, the first time, with all the DLCs downloaded. Since I just got the game a few months ago...it was awesome because it just felt like part of the game to me, though the timing of the Leviathan & Omega "go do this" emails coulda been better for sure. I have to say that's a really enjoyable way to play DLCs that I never got to see before, I usually get games on launch date and spend the rest of the dev cycle playing the wait game, but I was never "called" to the ME trilogy until I played SWTOR when it went free and realized how cool and fun a dialogue wheel could be, and look at that they got over 100$ out of me the next week since I bought all the ME2 DLC too. Sucks had to wait for this DLC but only two months!

Obviously you didn't read the pre-release statements. It specifically states previous choices affect how the game as a whole plays out. Not the ending. The ending you get is based on your EMS, which fluctuates based on choices. I'd say they lived up to that promise. Just, people were expecting their choices to manifest themselves in the final minutes and have a different ending for each individual choice. If anyone who paid attention during the game, previous choices affected the game as a whole.
Probably set your hopes too high.
I honestly don't get the whole "choices don't matter" argument. The ending may be similar, but the game as a whole can play out very differently, so it's not the same exact story.Someone didn't want to comment on Thane because it was spoilery and complicated. So I say he will be in the DLC somehow, maybe his death scene changed and moved to later in the game.john-in-france wrote...

My best guess is a holographic message delvered by Kolyat. "My father wanted you to see this after a suitable time had passed."

It'll be nice to get something really good at the end. Need a little hope for the future.
But "the last DLC thing" is depressing. Shepard was with me for the long time.
I will miss her:) And Garrus:)
It better be good DLC. Hope dies last.

Amazing how a single crap ending to such an amazing series can ruin an entire experience. If this new DLC fails to address the core issue that your ending is broken, which I don't see happening, I'm sorry to say faith in you and your future endeavors will never be restored by me. I have not purchased any of your ME3 DLC, (Omega was total crap by the way, watched it on youtube) nor have I even touched the game since the Extended Cut was released. You get none of my money. Can't imagine wasting my time playing through this series again when nothing I do has any impact on the outcome and leaves me completely unfulfilled in my efforts.
You're a moron.
I just love the maturity here, if you don't agree with him, that's fine, but what's the point of calling him a moron just because of his personal views about a game. He didn't like the ending, a lot of people didn't like it, that doesn't make them morons, it makes them gamers who did not enjoy the ending that was given.

"As long as you keep playing we'll keep making it."

Ding ding ding.
At any rate, going back to my example, if you just played Mass Effect 3 with no importing, certain characters won't show up (eg. Miranda, Wrex, etc, will be presumed dead by default. I haven't tested this, but they won't show up if you didn't play Mass Effect 2 or if Miranda didn't survive the suicide mission, so it's a different story). Your EMS will also be extremely low, and so you won't get to unlock the secret ending which requires the most EMS, because your EMS isn't high enough.

On a side note:
Have fun with the Venom Shotgun XD
A fully upgraded Venom Shotgun (though it is more like a larger and much more powerful version of the "Scorpion" pistol) can take down a brute on "Normal" difficulty with one shot (a charged shot)
And the Geth Juggernaut... I am not sure what class it will be, I am pretty sure it is going to be either a Soldier or a Sentinel (Geth obviously cannot be biotics since they are synthetics)
The biotic hammer will most likely be the melee weapon of the krogan warlord (like the sword is the melee weapon of the N7 Shadow and the N7 slayer)
In about a week we will get lots of really badass stuff, I should start putting credits from ME3: MP aside to get my hands on that stuff

I'd like to play this DLC, but I won't pay $15 for what is probably a few hours of play. Maybe if they run this and the last DLC on Sale I'll get them. I just have a rule about spending more than $1 per expected hour of gameplay. I'd rather pay for a BIG MP DLC since I know I'll waste my time there.

Forgive me if someone else has asked, just can't make it through 22 pages at work, but didn't they say one of the DLCs would include a Vehicle?
Leviathan contained an Atlas, if that qualifies as a vehicle.

Well there hasn't been any word on any vehicle component to the dlc (yet) .But the dlc it self is about 4gig and you get a second kind of hub on the citadel where you can invite squade mates to playgames and such . Also shep gets some sort of a house on the citadel .VashTyphoon1 wrote...

In the end? Well all those choices, and BIG choices and even HUGE choices were swept under the rug, exchanged and quantified by stupid EMS that was broken in the first place. By broken I mean ill concieved and wrongly put together. So yeah, from the storypoint of view and gameplay-wise the endings are horrible.
I'll wait, as I did before, and watch youtube vids. and only THEN I will consider buying. I was one of those who bought all ME1&2 story DLCs, aint that a pickle?
See Bioware, this is what you have done to part of the core audience (I thought of myself being one). No more excitement only caucious interest.

Atlas was drivable in the base game, and more of a battle suit, I'm talking a Mako or Hammerhead type vehicle. Alien worlds with vast tracts of land and a cannon to shoot native Deer analogs.
