It is not post ending and Thane appearance is unlikely, considering DLC takes place after the coup.
Really? What´s the point in annoncing "everyone" will return..?
If that is the case, I will be very sad.

It has been stated by BW that something "special and spoilery" has been planned for Thane. Don't have a direct link but you could probably find the quote in another Citadel DLC related thread here on the BSN easily.

Whatever happens in the DLC it will be the best way to say goodbye to the trilogy and the characters we have come to love! I think thats the big reason to play!

No it doesn't make you an abomination, just to easily satisfied. If you truely loved what Bioware provided then that's your opinion. I guess my expectations were much higher for this amazing storyline I loved for so long. Fairweather fan I am not. I've played many Bioware games and each was great in their own way, until the ME3 ending.
Now I am breaking my promise that I will not fall on the BSN trap but what the heck... I am sick of hearing about the ending the trilogy deserves .
What ending exactly? The one where the Aryan humans for another time save the galaxy and live happily ever after to tell tales to their grandchildren while more advanced civilizations (Salarians, Asari on our cycle, Protheans before) can't figure it out and step back so that Commander Shepard aka The Special One can kill the big buddies (da reapers mon), save the galaxy, his / her friends and basically everyone while managing to keep peace between all fractions... and of course live to participate in galaxy wide celebrations.
Seriously aren't you bored of this Hollywood ending already. I mean seriously, how many times? Every single action movie the Hollywood ever produced (with minor exceptions) has this ending. The big white male conquers all (with some colored heroes every now and then to mix it up). God let the man / woman rest in peace already...
I am not saying the ending was awesome because it suffers from various cliches and didn't take the star child idea far enough (I believe if Bioware knew first hand the reactions they would at least give us a truly artistic ending not this half-assed ending that tried to balance between what devs want and what fans want) but I prefer it a million times over the generic, Shepard kills Harbinger in epic final fight while the whole universe waits in anticipation ending that everybody seems to want.

That means Thane is dead already

My guess based on the screen shot of everyone dressed in formal wear (including Wrex with his dark armor) is that they have some sort of memorial service for all the fallen companions we have lost up to that point. Ok that sounds cool so it probably wont be something BioWare would think of.

Also excited for that MP DLC, with new classes including turians females as demanded by some players in this forum, thanks!

Hey guys!
I started a petition to BioWare, asking for a final patch for each of the Mass Effect games that will add a last layer of polish to the series as a whole. I'm asking for bug fixes, high-resolution textures, and private server support (for when EA will inevitably stop supporting the games).
Please consider reading over the petition, signing it, and posting a link to it wherever you can. The more publicity we can get, the more likely Casey Hudson will consider planning such a task.
Thanks very much!
