Same here I briefly had it up for 800 but as I go to buy 800 points it suddenly changes over to 1200.

They probably saw their error and fixed it asap so they wouldn't lose too much money in sales.  That's my guess at least.

Now it says it is 1200 but when I click on buy it says confirm the purchase, for 800 pts but when I confirm it gets an error message... So I can't buy it... -.-

Try to check DLC from the ingame main menu. That worked for me.

I'm at 10% downloaded and I paid for 800 BW points. I did have 1600 points prior so I didn't have to add them.

When I try to buy it, I'm still seeing 800 points, so I bought 800 points. But now when I try to complete the purchase, getting the page not found error. Of course, if it jacks back up to 1200 I'm SOL because you can't buy just 400 points...

Huh, I don't have that problem. My network connection isn't the speediest but I am maxing it out with the Citadel download.

Said it would cost 800 but they took 1200, just as well I had enough to cover it. Downloading at 1.2MB/sec.

I thought exactly that and it also happened to me. But when I went back to buy additional points I got an option to buy 400 points for 4€. You could also buy 400 points from the social network add points page, so do not worry.

It's downloading like 100 KB/sec .... it will take 9 hours this way.

I bought 800 points only (added onto 0 points) and the payment went through normally, and it seems to be downloading just fine - 82% done, has taken about 20 mins so I'm sure that's normal.

Yup, same thing just happened to me. On the bright side, I'm getting between 2-5 MByte/sec download (I have a 50 Mb/sec link), so should finish in my lifetime.

*rolls eyes* Well, I had the option of 800 pts for Citadel, couldn't dl it at all because of error page. NOW I get the "Buy more points" to add it. FFS!
