One other thing I'd like to add:

James Vega is a wimp.

I mean seriously, double pepperoni, but no jalapenos?

Good DLC and all nice to play through.......But my mind keeps saying this: ''Final dlc, final chance to salvage the ending.....AND THEY BALLZED IT UP!'' The dlc is good and fun to play, even tho its weird how they suddenly have time for vacation in alliance, even the legit story is all about hurry to get back to earth with the fleets. Had been perfect if it had taken time after the ending, but again the ending didn't allow that. I know that it's annoying. ''Another fan crying about the ending.'' But a story you have builded over 3 games within 6 years does that to diehard fans.

soldiers have always had shore leave. You could easily die of exhaustion if you fought 24/7/365.

but, yes it has been a year and this is just a video game. No need complaining a whole year on such a small percentage of the trilogy

i wish they added more to multiplayer.

bigger and new maps which every 3 missions, new part of the map becomes available.

bigger server, so that in the end of the challenge, there's a reaper to face off. compilation if many players can reach it and separated according to "platoons" (four coop players) and reaper difficulty changes according to what kind of challenge.

made a more rpg concept of making your own character, choose your own powers but maximum of four powers in exchanging ammo type gears into power instead, pick what kind of species you want to be. more powerful characters and have perks like marksman into turians or more biotic damage when asari but no missiles against big bosses.

this would actually help as a beta if bioware is deciding a Mass Effect 4 multiplayer even in consoles.

PLEASE CONSIDER!!!

I'm playing ME 3 a second time, right after ME 2, and let me tell you, while the DLC is something really nice and fun, it has nothing to do with the main plot, it's so weird.
My Shepard dancing and drinking while the Earth is on fire? No, thanks. She/he's not that kind of nihilistic woman/man.
It was difficult to excuse that even when I played with my renegade.

If you compare ME3's story and ME1's and ME2's story,  you want to sit and cry. ME1 and 2 were consistent, imersive, fun and still respected the player's choices.
THE PROBLEM WITH ME3 WAS NOT IT'S DRAMATIC TONE (IT MAKES SENSE, THE REAPERS ARE ABOUT TO ATTACK THE WHOLE UNIVERSE). THE PROBLEM WITH ME3 WAS THAT THIS DRAMATIC TONE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE LAST AND EPIC CONSEQUENCES: no EPIC battles, no krogans' army fighting with you on Earth, no space battles with Shepard involved, no flotilla and rachini in action. It was, in other words, a piece of work completely rushed - no closure, no choices being taken into account, etc etc etc.

This dlc is great but it belongs to the beggining of ME3 (before the reapers' attack) or to the end of ME 2. Or maybe it really belongs after the trilogy's ending.

What happened to you Bioware? You were good on your own terms. Hope you'll do a better (really) better work in ME 4 so you don't need to make something so condescending again (and enough saying "it's not ME 4". If it's the same universe, it is ME 4. Call it ME 4 but honour ME 1 and 2, please). Excuse my English.

I agree.  If Bioware wasn't so bound and determined to "off" Commander Shepard (with the one exception, of course) at the end and all that blah-blah, Citadel would have been a great...well not ending, but epilogue for the game.  It would have been appropriate to put it at the end of ME2 as well.  I hadn't considered that.  How cool would it have been that after the party is when the Alliance comes in to arrest Shepard!

I somewhat agree. I loved the DLC (what's not to love?).
I can also do the party (after horizon) and think: last day i might live, let's party! But it would been better if could play it after the ending in ME3. Like in ME2 you could play arrival after the suicide mission (unless you died)
I played the DLC after rannoch (to have tali in the squad) and before thessia. After Thessia I really liked the tone and would been weird to do anything else than pursue Cerberus or Leviathan.

I really hope I can play w/ Shepard in ME4.

Devs have said you won't be playing Shepard in the next ME game, it will be a new character and a new cast.

Yes, unfortunately I knew that. But I'll keep hoping at least until the game is released

If we according to the news, EA has taken the authority to the Star Wars games. Is possible Bioware return to the KOTOR? KOTOR3? I hope so... I can trust again Bioware, if KOTOR3 will be a truth.

Right, because Bioware's track-record with third installments has been stellar thus far. Posted Image

90% of the game being good, with the last 20 minutes not (i think the endings are just fine now, but Priority Earth isn't)? I'm fine with that track record. A 90 is still a passing grade in my book.

I enjoyed it very much. Of all DLC's I have played so far, this one is my favorite just because I got to play with some of my 'friends' from ME2 once again..a final time.

bioware has said shepard wont be a playable character but if ME4 is a sequal and takes place not too far into the future we might see shepard as a secondary character like an admiral anderson or hackett character which would be totally fine with me

I hope this is better than the last 2 abominations of DLC we got before it. Hopefully this gives the series the proper send off it deserved last year when ME3 came out.

I enjoyed all the dlc so far. I think the Citadel is the best yet for ME3 but the others are entertaining too. IMO. Admitedly I eat all this content up. I'm addicted to this stuff and I love it.

I know they said no more dlc but what about alternate appearance packs? We received one which I liked but I would also like more. It's not asking much is it? The first pack had alternates for I think three npc and one for Shep. What about the rest? Wishful thinking I guess.

Based on another poster's post and my own curiosity, I simply can't find either Leviathan, From Ashes or Citadel DLC for ME3 anywhere for us to buy. Have these dlcs been taken down from Origin?

And what it is why Origin and synchronising with the sky?

Edit:

Nvm. I've found where these dlcs are located.

You need to click on the Games (in the top menubar) then click on official dlc. And then take it from there.

My question about Origin still stands, though.

I consider this DLC as a fan service at best, an apology for their rush; Although it cost us physically. This was the work of the Bioware we loved and knew and this his how they wanted to end it;how we should remember the series.

Although this was not the real ending I consider that my ME3 ending before our hero's end. It is the closest thing to justice we can get; Its just a shame we had to pay extra for it.I can only hope the future games from bioware don't make the same mistakes. As Good as this DLC is, it can't make up for rushed product...

I finally played it. I'm sorry, there's some good stuff but mostly I found it terribly out of place. I would really recommend anyone, especially if they have some emotional connection to the story, to absolutely not get this for their first playthrough. Get it maybe later, if you have, but it's totally gonna ruin your first playthough, you're gonna have this bunch of scene completelly disconnected from the story, thematically. Yes, it's made for us fans but storytelling should come first, especially when that was your excuse for a less-than-great finale.
Leviathan remains by far the best DLC for this game. By far.

I enjoyed this, but only because I'd already played through the game completely. I agree with admcmei that it would have been weird to gone through it during my first playthrough.

Also, again I think it's too expensive.

1200 MS points for 4GB of content which can last up to 6-7 hours I think that's a fair price.

Can only be played between the coup and croons station, not to mention the good number of references to the war.
