wuts a BNS selibruty?

I wonder who popularized that term anyway. I think it was either Ashen Earth or that guy that makes threads about cainhegis.

Pretty sure it was IllusiveManJr who did it

First time I remember seeing the phrase was in a thread "Who would you rather have on your team", with the immortal description of Ashen Earth as a "BSN celebrity".

Edit: nvm, it was actually "PUG celeb."

I didn't coin the term, I just mocked it and therefore made it popular.

None of the players mentioned above have the amount of imaginary championships banners I have so they are all wrong.

Maybe we should clarify what it means to be a BSN celebrity here, are we referring to being a regular poster here or someone who has mad skillz?

Best in what way? Best team player or best score ****?

Best team player.

Disciple is even getting there. He actually did two objectives last night. So proud. The best part is he can't defend himself unless ninja stan allows him to escape from his car trunk. :D

I don't know why, but those names seem to wake a portion of my mind called "headshots".

... I wonder how good he is at Skyrim... There are no headshots there

Absolute best, in my experience, would be Jay but once you get to a certain point the difference in skill level is pretty marginal. The really good players are not that much better or worse than each other, with the main differences being their preferences.

That's where it gets hard to qualify who is better than who because it gets down to who gets to the enemy spawn first at times because most of the great players are such efficient killers. My list is based on that and watching some of those guys cap a wave when crap goes sideways for the team.

Oh, snap! Poor Dragons... Jay, if you're reading this, be sure to install some mods, otherwise you're going to get bored fast... :D

That is quite true. Apart from a few extremely good players, I see lots of very good players all at the same level, more or less. With different preferences, as you said. The only ones I played with that exceed that level by a significant amount are Feneckus, Jay and Link with his Fury.

I used to think Jay wasn't all that good, just had a really steady hand and good tactics, like Stentron.

Then I saw his videos...

That's when you realize it's a stupidily easy game.

There is absolutely no freaking way anyone should even come close to his score, let alone outscoring him.

Not sure what you do to become a BSN Celeb, but I've played with CrismonN7 and LegionofRannoch and they post here quite a bit.

Seconded. Now that we are slowly converting him to the PS3 Dark Side. Posted Image

Also, TMB903 and Rad_Rage. If I ever get all three of those guys in my lobby at the same time, I will be the permanent bottom, guaranteed.

Wait, that didn't come out sounding quite right, did it? Posted Image

Syoku is also outstanding, but I don't think he's a BSNer.

i ran into fenekus in a gold pug, with a couple of what seemed to be russians/EUs.

I was running an asari adept, doing waves for commando mastery. it was embarrasing.
