 So my OCD is FORCING me to re-play through the ME series doing all side missions and main missions properly, i've done all side missions so far (just recruited Liara and finished Noveria)  but the Doctor Michel mission where she's getting blackmailed isn't there, the big ! is in her clinic but she's not there, i've looked all over the internet and the only thing of use i've found is "She appears after becoming a Spectre" but i'm way past that. I also have no previous save games and i always keep one save and keep saving over it, I've tried bringing Garrus and everything but nothing.. So can someone help me?


Also, first time posting on the ME1 fourm so go easy on me =3

EDIT: My character is level 59 so i've replayed ME1 ALOT.

Have you tried loading a previous save?

Or maybe try leaving the Citadel and then going back? If you have any side missions available (such as UNC missions), trying play a mission in between.

Failing that, maybe try using one of the travel terminals and skip to a few different places on the Citadel and hope it resets Dr. Michel.

Sometimes games will just glitch so try one of the above and hope it works. If it does not,... then I cannot help you.

So she was there when you recruited Garrus right? She isn't supposed to disappear after that whatsoever, she just doesn't have much dialogue until you get her blackmail quest.

Quick question, are there any people involved in the mission that i may have killed or done a mission for? Maybe that's why?

Unless you somehow found a way to kill Dr. Michel, then no.

So Dr. Michel and the Blackmailer are the only people i need to talk to in the mission? Then i really don't see why she's not there, probably got fired or something >.<

I really don't want to rush through the main missions just to redo everything again, it seems no one else has had this issue and when i search the web all i get is things relating to ME3 or "Infinite money glitch with Dr Michel" It's not even on the Wiki, she must be somewhere!

How many missions do you have left (both primary and secondary)?
Save your game (new save), complete a mission--any mission--and go back to see if she has been reset. Or is this before you leave the Citadel for the last time?

You could always try leaving the Citadel, landing on an uncharted world, and then leave and go back to the Citadel to see if she has been reset.

If it does not work, it is not that big of a deal. As far as I know, she will appear in ME3 regardless although I have no proof of that.

Thanks, i'll try it, she does appear in ME3 but she sends you a (sort of) important email in ME2

I have around about 20 side missions left and i just need to finish Feros and Virmire then i go onto the next main missions.

Just did the Besieged Base Mission on Chohe then i went back to Michel and it says she hasn't got a mission any more, instead the ! has turned into a green dot saying "Doctor Michel" and she's not there. This is getting annoying.

Have you got Garrus and finished that mission before recruiting Tali? If not, then you might have the same glitch as my mate. After recruiting Tali, He couldn't recruit Garrus, and Dr Michel was gone.

In my first post i said i tried bringing Garrus =D

It's so frustrating! I've done EVERYTHING you can possibly do! I went on every planet i could go on and did everything on them, just to be forced to restart the WHOLE game because of this glitch? It makes me sad. I've looked everywhere but nothing! I checked the wiki too, all it says is " This assignment can lead to UNC: Missing Marines" (i've finished that)

I once used the Rapid Transit thing to go to Med Bay to do the quest, but she wasn't there. So, I walked up to the Flux, I think I did a quest there (the gambling one?), and when I walked back she was there.

If she's no longer appearing as an exclamation mark, it could be too late, but I'm not sure.

But wouldn't she still be there even if it's too late? She sells medigel capacity and they are really useful =(
Also, maybe i should activate a cutscene on the Citadel for her to "respawn" i'll try that.

Nope, didn't work, does the mission stay there forever? I could complete a few main missions so i can do those missions when you're "grounded"?

     find garrus he is in with the Dr. there you will have to chat with the Dr. to find that she Fist knoses where Tali  is. then get to him and he will tell you where tali is but you will only have so much time to get to her the counter will be counting down .
did you make spector ?

I know what you mean but i'm WAAAAAAAAY past that, i saved Tali and Garrus is with me, i just i can't get the other mission the Dr. has.

Nothing I can do to help you at this point. Either Dr. Michel is there or she is not. I have no idea why she is not appearing there apart from a really nasty glitch that appears to be unfixable, or at least will not reset her position for some reason?

She should be there regardless if you walk into the Medical Clinic, but if she is not appearing after several attempts, then I would resign yourself to just ignoring it since it looks like it cannot be fixed. I have never ran into this glitch and I have no idea how to reset it or fix it. I have already provided suggestions, but since those suggestions do not seem to be working, I think you are out of luck. Sorry.

Nope, she's not there, the only explanation is that she either got kidnapped by the Geth or she spawned under the map or something like that? This glitch is ruining the game for me D:

Actually, i guess it's not that big of a deal, i got to level 60 after the finishing the game because i did every mission. I'll just restart it again on Insanity for the achievement, i like a challenge. Hopefully someone will post a fix for this glitch so other people can see how to fix it.

If i finish the game again on Insanity will i also get the achievement for finishing Hardcore?

Unless you modded your game, you cannot play Insanity until you have completed an entire game on Hardcore.
