Because in the third image in this page (where he shoots a banshee along with 2 others), he doesn't look thaat big.

It looks like they might've removed the Prime's wings on the back, similar to the Krogan missing the pistons on the blood pack armor. That alone could make him look shorter. Otherwise he looks roughly the same size I think? Maybe slightly smaller.

That just has to do with distance to the camera.
Look at the second image when he's got a Husk in melee range. We know how tall a Husk is, and the Juggernaught seems to be nearly twice as tall as that.

Someone may have already answered this, but do we know if weapons will scale with this monster?
Considering how big the Lancer assault rifle is on the Juggernaut, I'd say odds are good.

You're literally a massive target on the field who cannot use cover (prateorian lasers would cut you down easily), AI that has guided projectiles and beams that can curve around cover to hit you, and being slow I doubt the Juggernaught would be able to keep out of melee range from phantoms (who in certain objectives come in continuous waves), banshees that can get from Point A to Point B very quickly, and Praetorians that can fly quickly to your position and then sync kill you.
I mean even with Krogan/Destroyer they can still use cover and move around a bit. I have difficulty seeing how this kit would be suitable against anything except the Geth who don't have any sync killers.

Yeah, that Lancer is huge.

I wouldn't get too excited over this.

I have heard sync kill immunity has been hinted at for this guy.

Geth faction prepare for revenge!
Dispensing justice upon them with our very own Prime will not get old.
As part of this DLC pack, we are reducing the amount of stagger that the Geth faction will perform on players. If I remember correctly, the Geth Prime pulse shots and his turret no longer stagger players. Geth Hunters are unchanged.

Although it being 'slow' wouldn't make much sense. I will laugh my *ss off if the Juggernauth is slower than a volus. I mean, it's legs seem to be longer than a volus.
But yeah, there does seem to be a decent chance the kit looks freaking cool, but sucks above silver. With Geth turrent confirmed as a power you then have 2 others. One of which pretty much has to be a defensive power. Either they will get some sort of modal combined defensive/offensive power(some combo of hunter mode, bloodlust and armor and 1 other power) or an offensive power and a defensive one, say devestator mode and some sort of defensive one.
Unforutnatly, Bioware has a tendancy to make things that look really coold but end up kinda sucky(all the powers with cool animations-that----are----way-----to---freaking---long). Juggernaut may end up with the same problem as the volus....who ended up sucky due to having shield burst, which basicly compensates them for not being able to take cover.
It sorta feels like a kit that will either be OP(and then nerfted into uselessness) or meh. I do gotta admit...it looks freaking cool. I'm hoping it's half as cool to play as it looks.

lmao it's prime.. why call it juggernaut?
Because that's what Juggernauts are. Small primes that are badass at close combat and have a charge attack.

You may be onto something there. Sync kill would make an excellent heavy melee for this guy.

Is the Juggernaut going to be exactly the same size as a Geth Prime? Or will it be slightly scaled down?
It's pretty difficult to judge from the screenshots we have so far. I'd guess slightly smaller, both for making it more practical to use and geth juggernauts have traditionally been a bit shorter than the primes.
