Here is what we know: he is large, cannot take cover, has to walk around obstacles except ladders, and has decreased mobility, he probably has ridiculous shields (better than krogan?) geth juggernaut is a solder, he has geth turrent, his stagger resistance is on par or better than existing characters.
my assumptions: based on existing characters (destroyer) he will be completely immune to stagger. being geth could assume he will have hunter mode. immunity to sync kill up in air however he cant really run away from a banshee. personally dont think geth turrent and high shields is enough to make him a tank so guessing has damage reduction ability. my wish is defense matrix, damage reduction and purge to get shields back also cause geth trooper already has fortification would be really disappointed if they kinda gave them two same abilities, probably doesnt share geth shield pulse ability based on screenshot, guessing his melee also gives amazing damage reduction cause in screenshot he's getting shot by a ravager. doubt he's gonna have combat drone cause dont think it fits well with soldier class. i cant really imagine a geth using grenades but hey wouldnt complain if they gave him arc grenades. maybe a redone passive tree with who knows built in damage reduction or hunter mode like properties so dont have to take up extra skill with hunter mode.
my guess is probably gonna love this character for a while then get annoyed because its slow, will navigate mape awkwardly, and gameplay will probably be very boring. will be a tank, your role will probably be primarily to soak up enemy fire and deal damage with weapons. seems like character probably gonna be weapons based so will probably strap on a good assault rifle and the GPS or reegar. thinking character will probably play like a reegar kroguard extremely effective but gets boring fast

I enjoyed playing an awkward, slow Atlas at times in the campaign. Some people like slow tanky characxters like Kroguard. =PHowie225 wrote...
first of all thank you, Eric Fagnan, love a dev who's willing to us some insight.

however at least a kroguard can navigate the map pretty quickly so gameplay doesnt feel as slow, he can run, take cover, and charge across the map. imagine your playing on dagger or hydra and had to do kill a vip hiding across the map, or get to an escort, or pizza deliver with nothing but geth juggernauts cause you know there will be teams of nothing but new characters. average to good times on gold probably around 20mins +/- 5-10 mins depending on good team or not, and given the fact that your slower moving also imagine that adding to time of a game. geth always had high shields and low health if juggernaut follows that trend then even if it has massive shields the acid rain on hazard ghost would wreck you

Bioware: No, Jug. I'm trying to tell you that when you're ready, you won't have to.

So, in an upcoming balance change ravagers can go into cover now! Confirmed on pic.
Less geth stagger is always welcome.

If he is immune to sync kills and his heavy melee sync kill i bet bioware would be noticing a huge spike in global phantom kills.
