Not confirmed, but part of Citadel is focused on "rekindling" romances with ME and ME2 characters---and, potentially, taking them on the DLC's missions. Details are murky.

DLC takes place after the coup Thane will be dead, Jacob will likely be lol worthy.

Well.. Thane dies shortly after the coupe. MIght effect the death dialogue.

Femsheps with Jacob romances should have a new side mission where the Commander, Tali and Liara tie Jacob up in the back on a cab and throw him into the Presidium's lake.  Some sort of Thelma and Louise homage.

I just hope the dialogue for the relationships is acceptable. Whatever it is. That it lives up to expectations. If its all prior to the ending, it could serve as being extremely bitter sweet.

There's no guarantee of that.

Anything not Team Dextro, VS Survivor or Liara basically got the "Screw 'em" memo in the game's production, and even those - except for Liara - got the "We Don't Really Give That Much Of A Sh!t" memo on them.

If Jack gets a proper resolution to her romance arc - sweet, but I doubt it.

I could care less if Miranda does.  She had a massive bit in ME3 culminating in the Sanctuary mission and the resolution of her whole storyline.  Jack got two scenes and a colossal ten minutes of dialogue in the whole game and a holo message and some vapid smartassery for the end of her storyline.  Why did they even bother?  I'd rather she got a stinking email death than the cursory backhanded slap Jackolytes got instead.

FemSheps get even more screwed in their romances, so I can't wait to see how they handle that side of things. It might be good for a larf.

I certainly have no real expectations, nor am giving all that much of a sh!t.  It sounds like a lot more empty filler to me.
