Miranda and Jack romancers how does it feel to be getting new content

Because rehashing a concluded plot line and only an incidental involvement in the main story is "massive".

Awesome! I'm totally looking forward to paying Bioware extra for not doing a decent job in the first place!ot confirmed, but part of Citadel is focused on "rekindling" romances with ME and ME2 characters

I don't mind that Thane died, I don't even mind the way he died. But I do mind that nobody, not even Shep, brings up the fact that he died.

But I hope this content will satisfy both camps. At last.
If this content is substantial enough, I'll start another trilogy playthrough and court the ice princess.

There's no guarantee of that.
Anything not Team Dextro, VS Survivor or Liara basically got the "Screw 'em" memo in the game's production, and even those - except for Liara - got the "We Don't Really Give That Much Of A Sh!t" memo on them.
If Jack gets a proper resolution to her romance arc - sweet, but I doubt it.
I could care less if Miranda does. She had a massive bit in ME3 culminating in the Sanctuary mission and the resolution of her whole storyline. Jack got two scenes and a colossal ten minutes of dialogue in the whole game and a holo message and some vapid smartassery for the end of her storyline. Why did they even bother? I'd rather she got a stinking email death than the cursory backhanded slap Jackolytes got instead.
FemSheps get even more screwed in their romances, so I can't wait to see how they handle that side of things. It might be good for a larf.
I certainly have no real expectations, nor am giving all that much of a sh!t. It sounds like a lot more empty filler to me.
How many times does one need to be lied to before they stop believing?
I suspect after my thread was closed its so much worse than we can possibly imagine.

ORGASMIC!!
Altho i have one dramatic problem. My saved shepard play thru i romanced miranda, but this save has no wrex since i didnt play ME1 so wrex is dead on this save file.
2nd save file i romanced miranda(ME2) then liara (locked in on ME1,ME3) but wrex is alive in this file.
Looks like ill have to play the DLC twice

Don't hype yourself up. If it turns out to actually be an earnest effort on BW's part and not just a mere formality to finish off their story, then you'll be pleasantly surprised. If it turns out to be just as mediocre as the past year's offerings, your feelings won't have so far to fall.
Nothing that has happened over the past year has shown me that Bioware deserve the rampant blind faith I'm seeing after this announcement. As it stands, I feel that the content of this DLC is a move in the right direction, but I still remain wary enough that I won't buy it until YT shows me its quality.
TL:DR- Calm down. Wait and see.

Uh-oh... Then you may not like to read the script that was leaked. Apparently Henry Lawson comes back as a Husk and abducts Oriana, hoping to use her 'perfect' DNA to restore his own body.

So then I'm not allowed to talk about the femsheps-only scenes where both Kaidan and Garrus are killed off and Shep is forced to run into the arms of Traynor, Liara or Allers, while MaleSheps get an additional three romance options?
Or the part where Legion is uploaded into the Vent Kid's corpse so that he can finally be a 'real boy'?
...
I'm cruel because I care, Bioware.
...
Actually, scratch that. I'm cruel because I don't care anymore. Well done with that.

I have 7 Shepards to import from ME2: ALL of them romanced Jack. I was happy at how she was handled in ME3, but so scorned at the "5 minutes of screentime" thing. This is all I was hoping for since then.
Really I'm incredibly happy about that. I know that there will be plenty of haters here but I don't care. I've been waiting so much, oh so much, for something like this... I had lost all hope of seeing Jack again in a DLC and they actually listened to all the crazy requests like Romance DLC and ME2 squadmates!
BioWare has done something incredibly valuable, haters notwithstanding.
I'm happy.
Damn, I'm f****n happy. (as Jack herself would put it, I guess)

Just like to clarify I'm not hating- I'm just skeptical that we'll have anything really meaningful here. Loads of people asked for more Aria, and look what Omega achieved. Exactly Jack-Sh!t in the grand scheme of things.
Unless I've been reading Bioware wrong for the last year, we'll still end up a charred lump of steak or be spread across the Galaxy in a completely convincing and scientific fashion. Not exactly an endpoint where an apartment is going to matter a whole hill of beans.

Shepard could go on a daytime talk show with the theme "my man had a love affair behind my back while I was imprisoned for war crimes and now I want revenge!". She could throw a chair at Jacob, and tear Brynn's shirt off. Then Brynn could be like, "aw hell naw you b*tch, you DI-INT just do that! That was a brand new D&G rachni-silk halter top that cost me 500 credits! You dead now!" and they have a no-holds-barred slap fight right there on the show's studio, live, on galactic daytime talk television at some point during which Shepard's shirt comes off as well.
Then they bring out the results of the paternity test, and find out Joker is the baby-daddy. So, Jacob does a celebtratory touchdown-dance and moon walks out of the studio to go eat tacos. They all live happily ever after the war in a double-wide trailer in Cleveland...well, everybody except Jacob, who in despair that Brynn and Joker end up together turns to a diet of lard and rocky road ice cream, gains 550 pounds and is forced to do fetish-themed drag shows at a local gay bar. He later dies in an autoerotic asphyxiation incident while watching hanar-themed furry porn. Unloved and unmourned, his body is unceremoniously dumped in the Cuyahoga River next to the body of Merle the Reaper, who didn't die so much because of the Crucible as depression from having been assigned to Cleveland.
The moral of the story is, don't go to Cleveland.

Lol @ "massive bit".
Because rehashing a concluded plot line and only an incidental involvement in the main story is "massive".
Miranda got a sh!t-ton more content and screen time than Jack did. Massive compared to hers, rehash or not.

If by a "sh*t ton" you mean a side conversation or two and an incidental appearance in a mission, then sure.
You'll notice that that's exactly the same thing Jack got.

Personally, I hope Bioware makes me eat my words. I would be happy to come back here and take everything I've said against it back.
Humble crow pie? I'll take a big ol' slice, and wash it down with some penitent milk.
But I don't think I'll be doing that.

Well...didn't Miranda get a love scene, though?
I ask because I'm not sure.
But, if so, that puts her romance leagues ahead of Jack's.
