I'm so hooked on ME3 I'm strongly considering buying the whole Trilogy so I can start from the beginning. But I was wondering if the DLC's I've already purchased / downloaded for my existing ME3 will work for the new Trilogy I'm about to buy. I know they're "compatible," but will I have to re-purchase all the ME3 DLC's or will they transfer over?
It's not a deal breaker - I'm getting the game for free basically (gotta love credit card points!) so re-buying all the DLC's is absolutely doable, I just don't wanna waste the money if I don't have to.
Anyone?
p.s. I'm on PS3 now, but I'm considering buying the Trilogy for PC. I know for certain that if I switch platfoms that I'll have to buy all the DLC's, but if buying it for PS3 will save me the re-buy then that will help make the decision of which platform to buy it on.
TIA

It shouldn't affect it. If you get the ps3 version, you won't have to rebuy

Start from the beginning, Mass Effect 1 was the best because of its freedoms, RPG Elements, characters, vehicle exploration and many other things. My opinions it's Mass Effect 1, Mass Effect 3 and Mass Effect 2. Mass Effect is great when you have it complete.

Definitely just stick to PS3 and start from the beginning. ME1 is so, so good. People complain about the combat, and it is a bit sketchy at times, but I really quite like it. Cover isn't handed to you at every corner, you have to kind of look for it. I dig. Enjoy!
