Okay so from what I gather they can be found in the party camp.  Now the dwarfs are there but they only have the Items.
I am past the first town Lothlorien (or something like that) and I wondered I started this game with out having them downloaded and installed.  I did not think much of it since the Items showed up once they finished downloading and installing.
So am I right to be expecting to find the quest givers at the party camp? and has anyone else started the game before having the DLC's installed and still been able to play them?

Only the quest giver for the Keep is in the party camp. There should be a journal entry in your quest log under "Downloadable Content" for where to find the Stone Prisoner starting point.

thanks for the info lionsfan ill have to look for that later today. I wan't that stone golem guy

The DLC does get applied to existing characters. Just don't do my silly thing of entering the keys and forgeting to actually download the expansion pacts.

Hmmm.  well under the journel in the quest section under premium content (is that what you ment by downloadable content? I am on the pc version) all I have is "A soliders peak" which mentions some merchants following me (the two dwarfs). 
Everythings downloaded, installed and activated so...   I dunno maybe I will run thru another origin story some time late. I'll finish my trek thru this dungeaon and hope for the best.

Anyone else have trouble downloading the content? I DL'ed all of the items they gave in the box and a few from the flash game. They didn't appear to DL. By that I mean the status bar never filled but eventually it moved from the DL page to the installed page. I had some of the items installed when I started my first character, but finished the other items (all execpt the Shale pack) after I started. The ones that finished installing after I started the game haven't shown up in my inventory yet. Also, I left the Shale quest to DL last night and it wasn't finished this morning. Hopefully it will be done by the time I get home from work. 

EDIT:  And I have a pretty good internet connection so that isn't the reason it is taking so long.

Yea the premium content section.  I am on Xbox so it is Downloaded Content on mine.  I don't know if it is diffrent between the two or not but on mine for Wardens Keep you had to talk to this guy in your party camp and for the Stone Prisoner there was a quest line for it in my quest journal and a spot on the map for where to meet the dwarf that starts that quest line.

Well guess I'll just keep on keeping on. Honestly I like the game enough that I won't be that upset if I just start all over if they never show up in this game.  I am just guessing but since I started a game before even downloading the dlc's it has the game acting a little buggy.
