The description for the Reckoning DLC mentions brand-new weapons like the Geth Spitfire Assault Rifle and the Lancer Assault Rifle. I have to wonder; will these new weapons be coming to single-player in the Citadel DLC as well? If someone from Bioware could confirm or deny, that'd be great...

No because they want us to buy a weapon pack which they will be probably releasing before or at the same time with Citadel DLC.....you know EA...

Both Leviathan and Omega added two new weapons and five new weapon mods, so I don't believe it's a stretch to think they'll be included in Citadel as well.

Of the seven new weapons in Reckoning, two are not in SP (Geth Spitfire Assault Rifle and Lancer Assault Rifle); those can be the two new weapons.

Reckoning also adds the Assault Rifle Ultralight Materials mod. Combined with the missing MP mods (Assault Rifle Thermal Scope, and Sniper Rifle High Velocity Barrel) that makes 3 new weapon mods which can potentially be present in Citadel.

well each weapon pack had 7 weapons right? 5 that were in multiplier and 2 that were not. they could add the collector weapons and the lancer and GSAR and two new weapons we have yet to see in a weapon pack

Wasn't the Spitfire in ME3's single-player campaign already? Lying around in some Rannoch missions. Nice to have it equipable everywhere, though :-)

The Spitfire you encounter in the campaign is a heavy weapon; this sounds more like a stripped down version - probably having more heat dissipation (ammo) than even the Typhoon but doing less damage.

These recent tweets give some hope that the new weapons will be included in SP (either in Citadel DLC or another Weapon Pack):
