I agree with you that ME4 MP will go crazy beyond this. This was a trial run. My God, if they did all this with just a trial run, imagine what'll happen when EA shovels more money and resources their way for the next iteration.

Nothing is free, people. No players paying up = no new content. You should thank the people buying packs as much as the devs.

Also, people have the right to express their opinions.  It's most valuable to EA/BioWare as a business if players (consumers) say what they really want/don't want.
