4GB of fresh DLC content for 15 dollars seems pretty fair.
For some people so does $20.
I don't see what you're getting at.

Whoa, let's not twist words! I meant if Bioware charged $20 for it you would say the same thing and justify it with it being 4GB.

Those who hated the endings and those who resented the lack of ME2 character involvement sort of blended into one big section of the fanbase who were discontent. Providing this DLC gives sufficient additional character content, it will only serve to divide those two groups from each other and somewhat further lessen the stream of hate (a process which began with the EC).
Those who had a problem with both the endings and the character involvement will have one of their major concerns addressed and there is the potential they'll be at least contented through this DLC.
It's clever. I'll be buying. I love ME2. I love the characters. Though OP, I respect your decision and dedication.

Yea I would, it's called economics. If demand is high enough for something then it could and probably would have a higher price tag.

That makes no sense. Your saying that people shouldn't buy a dlc because it might have cost 20 dollars but didn't? Or are you insinuating that anyone buying this dlc isn't interesting in character interaction, seeing more of the mass effect universe, or having a good time, and are only buying this dlc becasue overlord bioware told them to?
Because I'm pretty sure there are people here who didn't buy omega who are wanting to buy this dlc.

If by $15 they mean 1200MS points.
1200MS points in Australia is $20.

It's circular logic. He's basically saying let's not buy something now because in the future similar content might have a higher price tag.

Really? Where was Citadel conspiracy solving, casino gambling, and apartment decorations the 2nd most requested DLC?Mr Massakka wrote...
1. They won't fix the endings. Stop whining and learn to deal with it.
2. This was the 2nd most requested DLC after the endings and so they are doing it. I don't see why BSN is suddenly mounting the barricades again.
LI relationships could have been improved just as much with a completely different story.

I have to admit though I did not buy Omega and there is a chance I will buy this one,but I will learn what is actually in this DLC before I decide to spend the money. (Replaying ME2 so I can import a Jack LI save file as I deleted my previous save files when I bought my new system.Just in case.)Also I am getting 1600 "free" points from Microsoft and I will still wait to see exactly what this DLC entails. Random Interpretations and speculations are also not enough for me.
As it sits right now this DLC is nothing more then a random mystery box with a very general and brief description with a 15$ price tag.
Attempting a Boycott is a waste of time though sorry Op.(IMO) Op is also stating if this DLC does well what is to stop BW and other companies from inflating their DLC prices based solely on sale numbers and not Quality or etc. (Assumption)

It's about £10 actually which is still not a lot of money.

If it does this, then I'll purchase the other DLC as well, since Leviathan always did look interesting and I was a fan of Aria, if not, then I won't support them, simple.
You know what I suggest? Don't buy it, if it doesn't suite yours needs, there is nothing wrong with that and remember, your wallet speaks louder than a thread post ever will.

This whole DLC is focussed on character interaction, especially with the left out part of the ME1/2 squad. That's what people heavily requested.Drewton wrote...

Casino gambling and apartment decoration are just adding to that social experience and the Citadel conspiracy is just a way to make more sense out of it than "I'm bored, let's go to the Citadel and hang out more than usual".

To me, the characters were the most important aspect of this series and I'm hoping Bioware will give the ME2 cast a meaningful ending, but I'm still being skeptical because it's only a DLC and they can only do so much - we'll see what happens, but I'm hoping for the best.

definitely buying this, like the others have said, go sulk in corner, no one cares that it doesn't change the ending. A chance to reconnect with all the squadmates(Wrex for the most part) is simply amazing, and more romances as well can't wait!Eterna5 wrote...
