I probably going to the space hell for all the evil I've done, so where to even begin. Well, sometimes I get thrown into a match with a Volus, who makes his mission to latch onto me like an assfly, and do nothing but spam a Shield Boost for an entire match (the type always has some a random and ineffective loadout, like a Locust I in a Gold+ match). Sometimes I don't care, because often I don't really mind what others are doing, unless they are actively trying to sabotage a match, but my ignition point is usually when in a tight spot, I get my gun jammed twice in a relatively short time. So when this happens I make my stance, and wait for a next wave. Then immediately run directly into a largest spawn there is, and just at the right moment ditch that Volus right in the middle of it, and make a sharp tactical retreat. So far a Volus has always died (sometimes for good, since the type often doesn't believe in using gels), and at the worst I've lost one shield, and a volus always starts to pester someone else.

I don't see many Volus in my Gold pugs. But once got into one with 3 volus engineers and I was a HA. Was kinda funny. Sadly, we only made it to wave 9.

You're even worse than renegade shepard on me2what you should've done is: next game change you're character to another volus with batarian gauntlet. Spam shield boost on the other volus and wait till he gets locked. I bet they didn't have the gauntlet equipped so they can't break free from the power/gun lock
That would actually teach them something about voluses and shieldboost.
There’s always that, or I could’ve just open my mic, and try to explain that what he was doing was just a teamplaying gesture at the best, and was actually totally unnecessary if not downright harmful for me and everybody, and perhaps direct him to this place to ToLazy4Name’s excellent Volus guide. But that might’ve earned me some Paragon points, and I have my reputation to upkeep, as a scum of the earth (besides, I am not running a school out there).

-- I feel as good as the Lone Wolf's or those who score twice as much as me when I see they didn't finish single player Insanity & I did (can see this on the PS3 via 'players met' screens)
-- I'm not impressed with those who score twice as much as me when they seem to be dying twice per: wave or more (compared to me dying 1 or 2 times per: entire match). Well, maybe a little impressed if the match went quick.
-- I have so many thermal clips I've taken to playing grenade classes with Grenade Gear V and spam them all match long.
