Like, she'll live to be 1000, when Shep dies of old age (if s/he picks destroy etc) Liara will be what, only 200 years old? It would have been heartbreaking if Liara brought this up in conversation. I would have been in a pool of my own tears.

I agree. Romancing Liara is kind of a bummer.

Liara is only going to live another thousand years at most. What will my Machine God Shepard do after that? :(

How do you know Shep lives in the destroy ending?  You dont hear anyone around to help him.  He's bleeding out - he was before the citadel exploded,  he definitely would be after crashing to earth or even getting blasted to another part of the citadel.  *ahem*  the magic word is "closure",  there is none.

Liara explains this in ME1.  While sad yes, she explains how asari have adopted a world view that lets them enjoy the time with their significant other and not worry about the future.  Now granted this will vary from asari to asari but that is their general view.

And well, since Shep's implants are never really explained, I head cannon that they will drastically increase her life span by several hundred years!

I brought her on Priority: Earth. Damn I cried like a baby(literally)when she was being picked up by the Normandy after Harbingers blast

Well the way I look at is if they didn't want Shepard alive they wouldn't have put in that scene at all. And the scene with your  LI not putting your name on the memorial wall is a strong implication isn't it?

I say Bailey went to the Citadel Tower to try to open the ward arms, and started heading down when the transmission from Shepard came through. At the time of the breath scene, medical attention is mere minutes away. It all comes down to how badly your Shepard wants to survive (and bear in mind, Shepard still has the energy to sprint in the Synthesis ending).

Sounds like a personal problem. Perhaps your Shepard should get a change in their equipment?
