I preferred the Normandy in ME2 because it had decent lighting. Not so much in ME1 or ME3

Gonna go with the Normandy in ME2. Better lighting and also you didn't have to sit through a scanner while a hidden loading screen happened to just load the other half of a level of the deck.

Mass Effect 2, it was more fleshed out and had a room for every squadmate. Can't beat that.
Though the Normandy interaction is best in ME3.

I like the SR-1 for its sense of nostalgia, but for overall design and functionality, I'd have to go with the SR-2 in ME2.

The SR-2 in Mass Effect 3 looks like a dungeon, so it's out of the running.

Ugh, I hated the music in the ME1 Normandy.
ME2's Normandy was my fave (ME3 Normandy over ME1 though).

There were too many empty rooms in the ME3 normandy. Thane's old room was probably the most depressing thing in the game =/

Mass effect 3, the ship just had felt bigger yet more alive to me, if that makes any sense. I just turned up the games brightness setting and suddenly the whole ship was good old SR2 for me.

Like a lot of people said: Mass Effect 2's Normandy. Great lighting. Many characters. Epic cinematic dialogue. Only thing that could've made it better would've been having Liara, Wrex, and VS on board too.

Sure, it's a bit darker than the SR-2 under Cerberus, but I just like the color scheme better (Alliance Blue is always nicer than Cerberus Orange).
