Exactly. It's the shortness of Garrus's final romance scene that felt unfair to me not so much the...*ahem* naked aspect. If they tried to make it just as long as liara's (with more dialogue and cute stuff instead) then it would have been more fair.

Also I would have loved to have seen more turian anatomy in a non-romance context, just because thier shape is such an anomaly. Garrus likes to spar right? What if you talked to him while he was in the middle of training. So that only is top half is shown? Would that really be so gross? I had to watch vega do pull ups *blergh*, let me watch Garrus or better yet let my shepard spar with him 

This. I agree. The fade to black was maddening. Couldn't they at least throw in the headbump for old times sake? I liked the talk afterwards but the blink or you missed it scene before the stupid dream sucked.

What I would have liked it a reanactment of the sparring scene Garrus had with the scout. Since that's how turtian stay loose before battle it would have nice to see Shep get things off her chest by sparring with Garrus. Let the scene end with Garrus finally getting one over on Shep leading to the fade to black, or a paragon interrupt of Shep jumping on top of him. Simple. And no nakedness.

Not that I wouldn't mind a shirtless turian, but at least this would be better for me than the fade to black we got.

All of the romance scenes need to be Liara calibar. Not just for naked times, just the whole package.

After how the sparring session with Vega was animated and staged, are you sure you really want another one? lol.

It would be a nice bit of content, but I have no confidence that it would have looked good whatsoever.

Sparring would be fun. Also, I find the turians aesthetically pleasing and I hate how most of the non-humans just lay in bed fully clothed. Put Garrus into some fancy clothes, or show us what the upper body looks like without armor.

Do they really have an armored body like it suggests? Do they have skin, or plates? Are they solid colored or do they have varying skin tones, like the drell? Is only their heads and shoulders plated, since the neck suggests skin? Apparently they evolved from birdlike creatures, do they have some form of feathers on their bodies? What are the leg spines, is it chitin or is it a long bone covered in skin, is it a quill that ejects poison when touched, is it a vestigial toe? Are their bodies smooth or textured, if they have plates, do they resemble reptiles, do they shed their skins? (Do the drell? O_o) Do they have claws on their hands and feet like their armor suggests?

Why do we get a sodding full on nude scene with Liara, who's body I find wholly uninteresting because she's a blue human, but a fascinating species like the turians and drell are completely cloaked and don't even change into freaking street clothes to have a date ffs.

We HAVE concept art of naked Turians...Turian concept. It's just a matter of creating a mesh for it.

I really didn't mind Garrus having a fade to black.  I suppose his scene could have been longer (and maybe some spooning instead of him leaving the bed?), but I really was fine with it.  He had as much romance content as Liara outside the love scene, without the friendzoning.

Idk about other Talimancers but I will be happy with her and Shepard kissing and than laying down before the fade to black.

I can see though how some don't think it's fair some characters get longer sex scenes than others.

It's too bad we only started talking about shirtless Garrus now, when the DLC's already done. I don't expect he'll have recieved that much attention since the rest of the romance is great and other characters are in greater need of improved romance content

I can totally see the need for Thane or Jack romances to be improved, but extended shirtless Garrus love scene!!!! Wants!

Well when the romance board was still up and running it was a ...recurring subject  Hell even during the ME2 days it was a recurring subject, out of the 3 love male interests only Jacob whipped off his shirt  LOL.

There was also a big romance survey that was done . This was some of the feedback from the Garrus LI-specific questions (I just copy n pasted this from the cosmic love blog)


"This was probably the most frequent comment in Garrus’s section of the survey.  Players understand the challenges in creating a more “intimate” romance scene with Garrus, but they are confident that BioWare can create something great.  Players would like to see Garrus’s romance scene on par with Liara/VS, via judicial use of camera angles, etc.  As it stands they felt that the content of the romance scene was in short supply due to the lack of physical intimacy, and the lack of dialogue that could have been used as something of a substitute."

This was the only real complaint Garrusmancers had really and it's a valid one. Look, we've had two short, sweet, G-rated final scenes already. If they pull another fade-to-black just because they looked at each other  I will be irked. Or at the very least have him wake up beside her this time, not fully clothed on the other side of the room  You can still create the illusion of intimacy without having to actually show it you know.

As for the topic: I don't think people are asking for a full porno. A bit of touching or just a scene leading up to it would be fine. I love Kaidan scene. It very very romantic and I feel like it was not meant to be sexual. While I'm not a big fan of Garrus or Tali, I do understand why people are asking for it.

I don't think it's fair that Liara and to an extent Kaidan/Ashley have longer romance scenes (Liara takes the whole cake though!) than the others. I spent 3 games hoping to get a chance to see Tali's face in-game and seeing her face during the romance scene would have been beautiful.

lol But nope. All we get is a badly photoshoped helmet-less Tali (I don't mind how she looks just how cheaply it was done). They had an opportunity and blew it. With Garrus it was so much shorter than Tali's and I just sat there wondering what the hell happened.

So, the fade to black doesn't bother me per se. If done right, it can be quite moving. But when it is so god**** short compare to the others, it's ridiculous. I'm not asking for a porno you know.
