Hey all, not sure if there is a topic on this but I recently put a few spell resist runes 10% & 8% in a weapon and on the character record the stats arent showing that it added resistances. Same thing happened when I equipped my main with The Spellward amulet (30% spell resist), the resistances are not showing on character record. Not sure if its bugged or wtf happened. Anyone else notice anything like that?

Spell resist doesn't appear anywhere on the character screen. The character screen shows damage resistances, the amount each point of damage is reduced by. So fire resistance, for example, reduces fire damage from all sources, spells or melee or traps or whatever, by a percentage. Spell resistance is the chance of ignoring spells or spell effect entirely and it is not tallied anywhere in the character screen so you have to total it up by hand. At 100% the character will be completely immune to spell effects but may still take elemental damage from non-spell sources of elemental damage, like runes or monster skills/talents that deal elemental damage.
