LotSB is my favorite. It didn't plug any holes, it didn't save the trilogy, it was just a good short story with fun missions and a cool hub to come back to.

The Geth Shotgun was pretty good, clothes for Jack,Fixing Garrus's armor wasn't bad.
The "fixed" Garrus armor was probably the single most-used DLC in a game for me. I never used the damaged version after downloading it.

I own Kasumi, LotSB and From Ashes (plus all the free stuff listed, of course). Voted LotSB.
I YouTubed Leviathan and really liked it, but refuse to buy it unless they fix the damn EC glitch.

Overlord. Only one other story arc in Mass Effect made me feel the same gamut of emotions and think as much as Overlord, and that was Tuchanka.

I know a lot of people will disagree but I personally liked Leviathen DLC the best so far with LOTSB a very close second.
Overlord is the runner up.

1) Lair of the Shadow Broker- This isn't even close. As the poll shows. 2 amazing boss fights, romance with liara, awesom fight through a building, vehicle scene, And then the Shadow broker ship. OMG, how cool was that. Wow.
2) Overlord- Really, really great. Cool vehicle, bringing legion was fun. Awesome ending. Really beautiful to look at.
3) Leviathan- Easily the best DLC of ME3. Behind Priority Rannoch and Priority Tuchanka, Leviathan is the best missions of ME3. The combat was intense. The worlds were cool. Investigation was surprisingly fun. And then the decent into darkness. Wow. Amazing.
Honorable mention is Kasumi- stolen memories. Introduced a great character. Great combat. Really well done ending. Kasumi FTW!!!

EDIT: didn't noticed that Zaeed counts as DLC. He's definitely my fav one then.
If anything, for the sheer badass factor he adds to the crew. After Jack he's definitely one of my favourite character of the entire trilogy.

Overlord. Emotionally engaging, mixed gameplay mechanics, great boss battle, great music, nice environmental art.
Well, I enjoyed it more than any other DLC anyways, even if squaddies were mute.

From Ashes. Javik was fantastic. Especially if you bring him along to Thessia. X57 was also pretty great. Oh, and EC, but I hardly count it as DLC, rather a necessary patch to salvage the wreck in the end of ME3.
The rest were wildly underwhelming. Especially Leviathan.
PS: Forgot about the Shadow Broker. It was pretty good, I just don't like Liara that much...

LotSB because of "lots of little blue children" great dialogs, taxi chase, Vasir and more.
Second place take Leviathan.

ME2:
-LoSB
ME3:
- "From ashes" only because of Javik.
- "Leviathan" was good, but then you have the brat called as "Intelligence" (I lol'd hard) and the Leviathans turning into the apex morons of the galaxy
- Shep: Why did you create a synthetic to prevent organics being wiped out by synthetics?
- Apex moron: You cannot imagine a universe that bends to your will (in short, we forgot that we're organics too).
- Bahahahahahaha... Seriously, why? Wait... No kidding.. That's the answer?

For me it's probably the EC followed closely by From Ashes then Leviathan since they add to the overall story.

Well let's see my Favorite's of the Mass Effect dlc would be
1. ME2 -- Lair of the Shadow Broker, ME3 -- From Ashes AKA Javik (plus he is an interactive character which is all the better), ME2 -- Gamestop Pre-Order Bonus (M-490 Blackstorm Best Ever)
2. ME2 -- Overlord, ME3 -- Leviathan
3. ME2 -- Zaeed & Kasumi, ME2 & ME3 all other Armor, Appearance, Weapon Packs
4. ME3 -- Omega (I miss my squad)
5. ME1 -- Bring Down the Sky, ME2 -- Normandy Crash Site
My least favorite dlc's is the Firewalker Dlc and Pinnacle Station its just there for if I want to do it or not.

Kasumi's Stolen Memory
Zaeed + Mission
Javik + From Ashes
Lair of the Shadow Broker
Omega
Overlord
Leviathan
Arrival
Bring Down The Sky
Pinnacle Station
Firewalker
I had to separate the Squadmate DLC's only because content-wise, I think they offered the most. Full-time squadmates are a pretty dig deal, haha. As for the actual content-only DLC's, that's my order right there. Lair of the Shadow Broker, to me, was the perfect DLC. Hub World, you solved the Shadow Broker Mystery, Liara'mancers got some Mass Effect 2 Closure past 'hacking terminals', and there were a lot of neat side-missions like the cab-driving through Illium. Was a wonderful, wonderful piece of work. And come on, who didn't love reading all your squadmate's personal emails and such on that terminal?

Leviathan. I'm not sure why all people liked Lotsb so much, it was good but not the best (warning, own opinion stated ! )
I liked Overlord more then. Lotsb

I understand how the EC is arguably the most important DLC, but how is it the best? It's a slideshow with dialogue.Battlebloodmage wrote...
