Maybe. Mattock didn't have anything to do with Cerberus until they repurposed it into the Harrier. (at least I think)

Edit: I really don't know why. The Eviscerator also has a Cerberus emblem on it, but the enemies don't use it either.

Yes. Devs said they will be put in their respective Challenge categories, but not sure if It will have its unique category like Retaliation and Resurgence DLC's did.....

Edit: Also in ME2, its stated that the original Mattock (which was shoot until it overheats, cooldown, repeat) was modified to the current Thermal Clip usage Mattock. If there was a "Cerberus Gun Mastery" type banner, the Mattock would be filed under that

The Eviscerator has a Cerberus emblem on it because the 1st time you get it in the ME series is through Cerberus from DLC in ME2

She is very manueverable, basically since I like the Drell's for their speed etc. I like her for the same reason, but youll have to find out more on monday
