Also, for all we know, the electro-grab thing might be a heavy melee (sync-kill even?) or just a head stomp.

You are satisfy doesn't mean we should all be. I think it's a terribad thing that juggernaut can't run, no matter the powers it gets, it will be incredibly boring to WALK during 11 waves.

And it doesn't mean i'm not satisfied of the DLC 

I meant for it to satisfy your questions. New information is being added to that pool as soon as it becomes available. 

If you were thinking that I am satisfied that the Juggernaut can't run then your assumption would be wrong...

No link but i'm sure they said "never seen in mp/sp"


for all we know, it might also be a power. I don't see why it would be anything different.

I know it was said that the TF Cabal Vanguard will have completely all new powers, but the What We Know thread only says "new". This thread is what leads me to believe one of the new powers is Defense Matrix since shield restore is what the power is all about.

Would he have a way to drop the pizza after he picks it up? Cloak, dodging, and sprinting all drop it, but he doesn't have any of those.

Geth turret restores shields... And since they made new powers for the cabal and others, they even change biotic charge, why would they give the geth defense matrix ? It makes no sense in my mind. But maybe you're right. I even hope you are, because if he gets defense matrix balanced for MP, then yeah, it will be a true "tank".

It'll probably be a super tank, I would expect shield capacity far in excess of 5000. But who knows really, wait and see.

I'm fully prepared to trade in mobility for a tanky unit. If mobility is a problem, an Adrenaline Mod III should sort things out.

Why not? Redundancy? They are, in fact, in b 4 everything that follows in the thread. Digital ink is cheap (free) so it comes down to...time. Time spent typing & time spent reading. Even combined, very little. Hardly worth creating an Amendment to the Interweb Constitution so as to Prohibit such an act. 

What is this thread about? Oh the lack of Juggly Bum-bum...seems odd to not have him run. When I think of a Juggernaut I imagine an unstoppable force and most forces that are unstoppable aren't handicapped by speed limits. However for gameplay balance it makes sense.

No matter. I'll expect to see Juggy day-one Plat Solo Runs by more than one of the skilled killers that frequent the forums

Pizza missions were designed to be done without sprinting, so no problem there. He'll probably still walk faster backwards than forwards.

In hack circles and drone escorts, he'll be golden.

It'll only come into play in assassination and capture point missions. But even with a team of four juggernauts, there should be plenty of time. You might have to use a couple more cobra missiles on wave 9 objectives than you otherwise would, and your time bonuses might be a little smaller, but I don't think it will be any more challenging.

And what will he do when he's in the LZ on giant, but ennemies spawns on the other side of the map ? All 3 players will rush spawns, and when you arrive, everything is dead and you have to get back to the LZ for the new spawn.


And yes, sure it's doable with a 4 players team. But if you solo with it, what a joke if you get 4 devices, 3 times.

Still, it's a great kit, but no sprint is terribad. Can't get some objectives on solo, and just not fast enough to kill anything that spawns far away in team.
